Big O Tires

David is excellent. Always. I almost decided to never come back after the last time I was there. Scott gave me the worst customer service I have ever gotten from a tire chain. I waited an hour in the store to discover they had not even started to work. I was the only one actually waiting. Everyone else dropped off their cars and left. I definitely will not go there unless David is working. I would give 5 stars if not for Scott.

ACTUALLY I DIDN'T COME BUT NANCY WAS VERY PLEASED. THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE FRAME STRAIGHTENER WAS EXCELLENT. I THOUGHT THE PRICE OF THE TIRES COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BETTER. BUT OVERALL YOUR SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. BUD KNUTSON

Was an OK experience but it took way longer than I was quoted, but all in all I will go back

Awesome service. Car working great again. Also helped me with a couple things I wasnt aware of, like my serpentine belt. Customer for life!

Had a nail in my tire which they couldn't see. Instead of sending me away, they "dug deeper" and found the evil headless nail!

Busy Monday, but they got me in for oil change. Took 2 hours, but gave me a discount. Steven and Mike, great guys!

We took our truck out for a road trip with our pickup camper on. Unfortunately we had a vibration and had to stop at Big - O in Castle Rock to have the tires checked. They had to rebalance the tires as they were off 2 ounces.

Friendly willing to help

Initially no problems at all. After a couple of days, a part that was repaired fell apart (manufacturer thing). Big-O got me in despite it being a day before a holiday and crazy busy, got me fixed up. Never had a problem with these guys

Dealt with these guys for years. Price is about the same everywhere so everything being equal ---it comes down to two things . Service and Trust. I trust that they are honest with me and that has always been true and they go out of their way to accomodate me if I need my car back in a hurry. The only thing that I didn't appreciate was that someone left trash on the rear bumper of my vehicle.

These guys go out of their way to help. I highly recommend them.

It was an oil change, what else can you say..... They did forget to reset the change oil message on the dash. They also said I needed a new water pump which my mechanic said I did not need.

I've always had an excellent experience at Big O's on Fillmore in Colorado Springs - friendly hometown. Only two minutes of home.

When am on a Friday appointment for Saturday morning. Truck serviced on Saturday mornings there was done quickly and under the quote from Friday.
