Just had tires rotated this time (got them there a while back). Wish they weren't so busy as it is very difficult to get in just to even rotate tires. Yes, I can always make an appointment, but it feels so far out as to be impracticable. Nevertheless, when I do get in in they are always polite.

I have been working with Mr.Scott and Mr.David for the last 5 years. They both take good care of all my vehicles. Recently Cameron helped on oil change. He seems to be good too.

Dropped of an '01 Honda Civic for a rear brake job shortly after noon. Was told repair would take about an hour and a half but vehicle not ready until when the store closed at 5:30. Communication throughout the process would have been nice & welcomed and saved a lot time on our end. As it was we were inconvenienced and put out by not knowing that the repair was delayed and had to make other arrangements due to the unavailability of the vehicle.

Treated very well. Scott helped me get my father-in-law's car ready for a long trip after having not driven the car for a long time. He was very complete in his inspection, provided options and got the required work done quickly. We are very happy with the fixes and new tires. Thanks again.

I've been coming here for years because I've always been so pleased with the work, how I'm treated, the speed of service and I never feel taken advantage of. Today I was quoted a time of one hour, not bad but if i was quoted any longer I would have come back because I'm waiting in store. After an hour, my car is still in the parking lot. I asked, "is it going to be another hour from the time my car is pulled back?"� He said, "no, it shouldn't be. Let me see what's going on"�. He ran out to my car, pulled it in to the garage, came back in and said " you were next up so I pulled your car in and they'll tackle it now"�. An obvious lie. 80 mins later my car is finally done! So after being quoted an hour, it took a total of 2 hours and 20 mins. Do you think I got any kind of discount? No! I feel I was definitely ripped off and taken advantage of this time. If you're too busy to do my car in a timely manner, considering I told you I'm waiting in store, then tell me the realistic time and I will gladly come back when I'm able to just drop my car off. I will not come back here again

The part above mentioning about the greeting is null as I walked into the place so I could not be greeted by my car. That would mean someone would always have to walk outside to anyone who just pulls up. So I think that question needs reworking. I wasn't offered a free alignment check because I went there to get an additional vehicle on a long term alignment plan. The offering of the credit card application was not necessary as the applications are all over the place and most people there are there for service, not to be given a sales pitch about something they have not brought up on their own. Now, I refuse to really say what should be said about this particular shop as I just spent a good half hour wording a long comment on Yelp about it. So I will just that every "5" star rating I have read here, I agree with. I will just add what I have not read looking over them quickly. If you do not need work, you are told so!! I am familiar with such places, chains in particular. If you bring a vehicle in wanting a particular job done, you will get it even if you do not need it or worse, you might be told it was done when it was not since everything was in very good condition to begin with. This place refused to do a job I said I wanted because someone had done it themselves prior to my arrival. Others I have met who have come here have told me the same thing, about the honesty, a rare aptitude. One example about a mechanic shop I went to a year ago was that I went in two weeks before the job and asked to have an inline fuel filter changed that is right under the hood in plain view. I was given what was suppose to be a total price as I clarified I was on a budget. Instead, the ten minute job was charged an additional 20% with the excuse that there were shop fees and I was not given the tax previously. This Big O is known never to do such a thing just for doing it. Next, on that same service, the small change came out to be 11 cents. Yes, I said eleven cents. Well, the manager of the place insisted that the 11 cents be paid even after I mentioned about the over charging. This Big O has even when making a joke to them, refused to take the small change from me even though I was fully willing to pay them. So, I have nothing to say about this shop on Fillmore. They speak for themselves in what and how they treat their customers. Other Big O's? It is not what you know, but who you know. I know these people are the best! J.A. July 17, 2019/Wed

I went in for a tire patch and was told the wait would be one to one and a half hours it took 3 hours and 10 minutes. I'm sure that because they were not getting any money for this others were taken before me. I will not use this store again.

I was very disappointed this time. The waiting area was packed. People were actually standing up because there wasn't anywhere to sit. I came in around 2 for a tire rotation and oil change. The wait was going to be at least 2 hours. I asked what about just doing the tires because I bought them there and need it done for warranty. I was told same wait time but I could leave and come back around 4, I wouldn't lose my place in line, which I did. When I came back same people were there plus more! Still was there over an hour. They need to start doing appointments.

Slow. Was told it would be 2 1/2 hours for a tire rotation. I asked for an appointment time. They said they don't make appointments. They made a ticket. I came back in 2 hours. It still took over an hour for a rotation. They asked if I needed an alignment. How long for an alignment when it's 2 1/2 hours for a rotation?

I went to Big O tires on Filmore Street in Colorado Springs needing a set of 4 fires. About a year ago I had purchased a set for my son and was greeted with the same friendly knowledgeable employees. I came in late in the day and they had no problem with helping me to find the best tire at the best deal. I was in and out in less than an hour. I am very pleased with my purchase and very satisfied with the service. I would recommend Big O to anyone. ( I was not however offered a free alignment )

Prefer not to write derogatory or negative comments. Will provide reason and details for unsatisfactory experience if asked by owner. Suffice to say that the manager, David, was friendly and customer oriented. Unfortunately, I could not say the same about the other guy working the counter (manager claimed that other guy was new). The above question asked me to check all that occurred during my visit. Unable to check any of them as none occurred. I may go to another store to get my tires rotated, not sure at this point.

I had to tell them how to adjust my camber, and show them how to adjust my car so they could do an alignment. Trashed my car. Left my $500 steering wheel covering in oil and Grease . 'Then they over charged me.

The person that drove my car in and out of the building left a smell of chemical in the cab. Parts cleaner and used motor oil. The person that changed my oil, spilled oil down the outside of the engine. It smoked, smelled and dripped for two days after picking it up, until it burned off. I've noticed a drop off in service at this location since I have not seen store manager David in a very long time. This may be my final visit.

You need to bring back quality working people. I had my car there for 3 days not happy. On the 2nd they still did not fix what I bring my car in for. When they finally fix the car they charge me a another charge for fixing it. they did take $40 which technically should have been more since I had to wait for hours. I don't believe I will ever come back to this place never mind suggest it to others.
