Big O Tires

I've always had an excellent experience at Big O's on Fillmore in Colorado Springs - friendly hometown. Only two minutes of home.

the tires I wanted weren't available when I went in but they had them that same afternoon - allowed me to use a coupon I had to make the price more affordable to me

Everybody is great to work with

Everything about this appointment, which included an oil change and tire rotation, went smoothly and easily. Michael Estrada was the person I dealt with, and he was very nice and professional. The reason I came in for the oil change and rotation was because of a coupon that was sent to me in the mail. Thanks again, and I’ll see you next time!

I have followed Dave Ackerman to every Big O even though he had been moved around alot lately seems silly to keep moving him whe he takes care of his customers and has more product knowledge than most other employees. Dave rocks!

Bret the manager is so great at this job. I’ve been there several times and he really cares and gets so much done. I’ve seen him not only go above and beyond for me but other customers too. Great place and i won’t ever visit another shop.
