Big O Tires

I came in for a tire rotation and an oil change. When I asked what kind of wait I might have I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour which was fine with me. I was told by the service person they are a tire shop and not a service shop. It makes me wonder if I should bring my car back for anything beside tires

I had been to the Big O at Fillmore street in Colorado Springs 2 weeks earlier with wife's car. I had appointment, and waited 2.5 hours! I was really upset. I tried this Big O for my car without appointment. Car pulled into service bay 20 minutes after I arrived, and the car was completed in under the 1 hour wait that I was promised. Dylan, service manager was very friendly, and I told him I'm back at home with this Big O for good.

I take all my vehicles here, the great customer service and no bull evaluations are great. quality work and fast service

I made an appointment online and was called to confirm within ten minutes. Everyone was incredibly friendly and they were able to knock out the patch on my tire quickly. I’ve never patched a tire and was prepared to pay for a new tire walking in. They could have taken advantage of that to make a buck but dod the right thing with a smile on their faces. This Big O will be my service location for as long as I live here.

Getting better with each visit.

We will always use this location for our vehicles. Enough can’t be said about the service we get from Zac and both Jakes. They are always there to take care of us and they treat us like we really matter. Even when things don’t always go as planned, they do everything they can to help us.

I had a van that needed to get new tires since the Meineke could not do it, you went to Meineke picked up the vehicle and then got it fully serviced within a few hours. Very good communication, great people.

We use Big O in Fountain CO all the time. Due to Colorado Spring's awesome roads we have flat tires and nails/screws in our tires all the time. Big O is ALWAYS fast, efficient, friendly, and helpful. I now take ALL of my minor car work to them.

Very polite staff. Communicated well when discussing other services my vehicle may need in the near future.

Again, it is the only tire store in town worth your trouble.I will go no where else.The staff is great and are very personable, they always take care of you.

I have been going to the Big O in Fountain for 2 years. I am very happy with the service I get there. Zack and Jake are wonderful. They always go above and beyond in making sure my car is taken care of. Everyone is friendly and professional. The store is always clean and well taken care of.
