Oil change, tire rotation and pressure check. They informed me of the rear brakes needing done soon and even gave me an estimate. (My only concern is that when I got into the car there was grease/oil on the carpet floor mats, they need to clean their shoes when they drive the car in and out for service.)

Customer service was perfect got every information that I wanted to know form them. And got the job done sooner then expected! Amazing job love to come by and get more done form there!

My husband and I went in because my front right tire had a slow leak as a result of a screw that had lodged itself into my tire. We had called ahead of time to make sure they could help us. When we arrived we checked in very quickly by a friendly and good looking mechanic.:) Anyway, not only did they repair my tire but the gentleman also replaced the battery in my fob because I had mentioned that it was not working all the time, and he supplied me with another battery because I had told him that my other fob did not work at all anymore. Upon our return home my husband replaced the battery in my spare fob. I now have solid tire pressure and two fully functional fobs. Thank you!

I had two cars for service.One for oil change and tire rotation, left it and they called when firished, faster than I expected.Other I had a bad TPSM that was giving false readings, they replaced it and everything working great.Highly recomend.

I have been coming to Big O Tires for a few years, prior to that I went to the same local shop for over 12 years. There is really no comparison between these two businesses. It has been a great experience to deal with the employees, they always very professional and friendly. Their customer service is outstanding, and they always do a great job. They have even repaired my flat tires for free a couple of times. I feel great in supporting this local business and always recommend them to my friends and Family.
