Big O does not push to get extra things done like other tire places.

First of all, there are a lot of places that sell tires, that we all know. But I like the straight up information on the tires, warranty and pricing. They were careful in doing the work and make recommendation for other items on the vehicle, I should look at and told me that some of the work/parts were not necessary at that time. Just so you know that I am telling it like it is, I have also purchased tires for 4 other vehicles at that same location, because of the people that work there.

Got my tires rotated and oil changed for a great price. Even reset my tire sensors! Always take great care of us. Thanks

Well the first thing I would say is thank you for taking me in without an appointment. I noticed my tire pressure low on my vehicle and then after further inspection I noticed a nail. So I took my Mercedes to a big o tires. The clerk up front told me it would not be a problem taking me and said we will fit you in.

Quick tire order, next day arrival of tires, and replacement for both our SUV and camper.

They found the problem quickly and repaired it quickly too.
