I know that the employee's at Big-O really care. I always feel they are completely honest in any and all services they have ever provided for me. When ever I ask for their help or assistance they are always kind and caring and make me feel like I have no worries. Kim

The great men of the shop was just about finished with my tires, I asked for an estimate on a brake repair and they took the extra time to look and give me an in-depth estimation. The leading man was Jesse G and the wonderful gentlemen took care of my car. I felt like a valuable customer. Thanks gentlemen of the Fountain, CO location.

I took a lot of time shopping for tires and Big O had the best deal, great service and fast. I had an oil change and two tires replaced in less than 20 minutes I will always buy from Big O and never waste my time shopping around again!

Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, on a weekday, late in the afternoon and my truck was ready in less than 45 minutes. Dave's crew is always on their game! Keep up the great work!

Great service that is why I am always going there to take my vehicles

I needed an inspection on a vehicle I was thinking about buying. I have known the manager (Dave) for many years and I trust him with my vehicles. On this occasion, Dave was out, so I dealt with one of the employees at the front desk whose name is Jake. I wanted to bring to your attention Jake was very professional in his dealings with me and did a great job on all I asked him. I hope you would pass on our commendation of great customer service Jake gave us. We are thankful to be able to deal with honest, courteous people such as Jake.

Had a nail in my tire & even though it was busy they took care of my car as fast as possible. Not only did they fix my flat but they checked the rest of my tires as well. I only waited a little more then an hour. When weather is bad more people seem to have issues.

I got a text showing it's time to rotate my Tires - I was in an out in 20 minutes.
