Big O Tires

I have used Big O,at this same location for years. At least 10 years, well this time they did not put my center hub cap on securely so I lost it sometime between leaving the shop and getting home. So now I must buy a new hub cap.

I have been a customer of Big O for about 25 years, I still highly recommend Big O to family and friends

I went in on Tuesday and they were busy, so I went in again on Thursday and they got on it right away. First come first served is great when you go in at the right day and time.

Wanted different tires but can't beat the benefits of big O customer service

Had a stud replaced they did it quickly and within a hour had my vehicle back

Wow the coustomer service was 100% great love going back to the store .the new staff is great ,friendly, and very help full .im 100% going back to big o tires in security /widefield .

They may make mistakes but they always make it up to me and that is why I only go to Big O

Dave, Joe, Josh and all the technicians take pride in their work and always demonstrate a courteous professional demeanor. Dave has developed a great team!
