Big O Tires

If I was under warranty still...I shouldn't have had to pay for an alignment again. I'm very disappointed and reluctant to go back... you guys used to be my favorite mechanics to go to. But as a long time customer, I should have had the alignment fee waved. Sad.

I had my tires rotated last week and it was quick and easy

Had to go in 3 time just to get nitrogen in my tires cause a ride worker named josh would always tell me it would take at least an hour but the last time I went in spoke with another worker and he got me in rite a way

Best shop in town! My experience with Big O in Fountain, for the past 15 years I have been coming there, has been professional and pleasant. I send all my fleet trucks to Big O. I do however miss Dave sometimes.... Nonetheless, if there was one thing I would change, it would be the parking and ease to get into and out of the shop. It seems the parking situation and the ability to mobilize around is getting more difficult which takes more time for us to get our trucks in and out quickly and back on the road. However, Josh runs a great shop and is always accommodating to me and my company whatever the situation may be. His people are fantastic too. Ryan, Adrian, James, Jesse, Rickey, Robert are super knowledgeable people. They always are happy and fun to watch going on about their daily activities. It is a well oiled machine to say the least!! The work was good but they never called when the work was complete. Also, the car that was in for service was my sister's car however they've put it under my name so she is a non-entity to them. I find that unacceptable customer service.

They gave me an estimate, got me in, did a great job on the Subaru repairs. Excellent service like always.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9am. I went in the shop the previous day to see if they could fit me in. The sales person said yes, and it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours. My wife and I waited 1 1/2 hours at a near-by fast food restaurant, returned, and saw that the car wasn't even taken into the shop yet. Another sales person said it would take another 2-3 hours. I asked if I showed up first thing the next morning at 7:30 am would I be able to get fitted in. The sale person said yes, if I get there are 7:30am they would be able to get me in first thing. I showed up at 7:15 am and dropped off my keys. They took the car into the shop immediately. I asked how long it would be and the sales person said about 1 1/2 hours. I asked are you sure, and he said yes. Three hours later the car was ready after I started complaining at the 2 hour mark. On top of that the manager of the location was constantly degrading the sales staff and mechanics while I was waiting. I work in HR and if had a manager like him in the workplace he would have been terminate for his attitude and unprofessional treatment of the employees. The staff are unprofessional, do not care about customer service, and the whole experience was a waist of time. If it wasn't for the buy 3 get 1 deal they were offering the down payment I put on the tires already I would have gone elsewhere. I've been to other Big O locations in the past and never had a problem, so it is just this location off 85/87 in Colorado Springs that has these management and customer service issues. I will not return to them for service or future business.

The prices are good. The staff are honest and knowledgeable. They always provide good service.

I mentioned a coupon I had for synthetic oil and found out that conventional oil was used instead of synthetic. It is. I don't boggling to me that a store such as Big O Tire could make such a huge mistake. I have been loyal for two years but will try other service centers.

I called in ahead to the shop to see what the approximate amount of time it would take to get me in and out with an oil change/tire rotation. At the time I called the bays were clear and the individual estimated about 45 minutes, I proceeded in which took about 15 minutes. I ended up waiting for more than an hour before I decided to check on my vehicle. It had not even been pulled into a bay. Rather annoyed I spoke to the individual at the counter and inquired why. First he apologized then explained that several vehicles got ahead of me before I got there. Without ANY excuses he proceeded to the bay, recruited the necessary help and assisted on the service himself. I was quite impressed with this young man (I wish I got his name, young dark-haired kid, shorts). The customer service and follow up was textbook and I wanted to pass along a favorable recommendation for this individual and the store in general.

James was very knowledgeable and helpful with my irreparable flat tire. He made sure to get me in 1st thing the next morning once my tire was in so that I could get to work. He was very polite and respectful. I have always had great customer service experiences with Big O Tire.

Dave and his team at Big O Tires in Fountain, Colorado have once again demonstrated why we continue to be satisfied customers. They always provide fast, courteous and competent service, no matter whether it's a simple oil change or a full tune up or replacing worn tires. Great job Dave! Keep up the outstanding service!

This is the last time I use big o they didnt tell me an estimate for have to switch out tires and I had 8 of them done at 20 bucks a pop which if I knew I would have gone somewhere else and to find out they charge an additional 4 bucks a tire because I didnt but the tires from them which again they "could not match pricing" so once again this is like the 7th set of tires I bought somewhere else for myself and family this store has gone down hill in the last few years and I dont see that changing with the staff they have in there and i have been using them since the where at there old location but no more i and my family are done!!!

A standard service center in the Fountain Valley area that all those that live in the area should take advantage of and use there knowledge to provide car care services.

I am NEVER coming here again. This place is so ridiculous. I came to get an alignment and had to wait THREE hours just for them to get my car in. I'm glad they quoted me an hour for no reason. They dont allow appointments which leads to this crap. They arent attentive and get attitudes because they take too many cars for the time that they are open. Employees are rude and dont know what they are doing. I do not recommend.

Service is provided by a friendly and efficient staff from the front desk to the mechanics doing the work. This year is my first time dealing with Big -O and I will continue to do so.

I felt super taken advantage of for being a woman there by myself, they milked me for all I was worth and played on my sympathies for my kids, telling me I needed new struts after speaking directly to Subaru those shouldn't have needed replaced
