I have used only Big O for the last 18years have always had good experiences until my last 2 trips to this one. I always arrive right as they open at 7:30 because I know how busy it can get. First time I was quoted 1 hour wait for an oil change and wiper blade change. 3 hours later I had to remind them I was still waiting to get the wiper blade changed. Then I drive around the corner and get pulled over for a tail light out so I had to come right back. The next day I had to come back again because they forgot to top off my coolant. Every oil change is supposed to come with fluid and light checks. The second time I was quoted 1-1 1/2 hours. Again about 3 hours to get my tire repaired because of a screw. This time the owner was in so I told him about both visits and everything that happened, all he said was "we are trying to get better at quoting time". Nothing about any of the other problems. To make matters more irritating, as I am trying to talk to the owner an employee cuts in trying to make excuses. Very unsatisfied with this store and will not be back.

A couple of days ago, my wife and I were ready to travel the 900+ miles home from Colorado to Minnesota and started driving and our low tire pressure light came on. Stopped at a gas station and tried pumping it up and it didn't hold the pressure and then I found a sharp metal object buried in the tread. Asked where a good tire shop would be and they said BigOTires in Fountain. So we drove over and they were super friendly at the counter and when the service guy came out to inspect the tire. They said they could patch it, so I gave them the keys and we went into their customer service lounge and enjoyed coffee and TV. Used the bathroom (super surprised at the cleanliness. Anyway, after about 10 - 15 minutes, Joshua (the counter guy) came in with the keys and invoice and I looked at the invoice and it said $0.00. Couldn't believe it... friendly service... fast service... good service... and FREE TOO?!?! We drove home, happy and confident. Thanks to Joshua and the crew at BigOTires for helping us on our way!! Would highly recommend them.

Last month, I called and ordered new tires fro my Ford F150. They called me when the tires came in. I went in and waited 4 hours to have them put on. When I got my truck, several of the decorative bolts on the rims were broke off. When I brought it to their attention, they asked if I wanted them to fix it. They said they would order the bolts they broke off and call me when they get them in. As I was pulling out, I noticed a light on that indicated one of the pressure sensors was saying not registering. I went back and they said they would repair it when I brought it back to have them do the other repair. First, They never called me when the bolts came in. I had to call them. I went in twice to have them fix what they broke and was told I would have to wait several hours for them to get to it. I was finally at a point that I needed an oil change as I was getting ready for vacation so I though I would go ahead and get that done and let them fix the things they broke. I was there for 4 and a half hours. they couldn't figure out how to fix the sensor. After another long wait, they informed me it was finally done. I got in my truck and started heading home. I could hear terrible noise coming from under my truck so I turned around and went back. I thought it was something rubbing in the wheels so I was feeling the wheel to see if it was hot. Another costumer posted out that something was hanging underneath my truck. I looked under and the skid plate was dragging and completely destroyed. Scott came out and had a guy look under it. Scott said they were going to take pictures of it and order me a new one. I sat outside for another 20 minutes for the guy to come and take pictures. Nobody came out so I went in to check. they said, "oh, were not going to take pictures. We will order it and call you when it comes in. Really? I was out there waiting and they knew that. Nobody called me about the plate so I called and they said yes its in............. Just so you know, I have been a customer at this location for 12 years. I am going to write corporate and let them know of the service your location is providing. I'm sure I'll be expected to wait 4 hours for them to fix this!!!!!!

I have used Big O Tires for years. This experience was different only in that I went during a time of day when they weren't packed with customers. I have always received friendly and professional service from this store (which is why I always go back) . This time however, my service was quicker just because of the time of day I happened to visit.

As one of the first customers in the door, one would expect a quick oil change to be completed in an hour or so. After waiting in the waiting area for an hour and 45 minutes I went to see the status of my vehicle. I was informed that it was in the bay and they hadn't even started. Others who had come in at the same time were long gone, other customers seemed to be in the same predicament. They were also asking time frames and statuses of their vehicles just to be told about 15 minutes. I left the store for another hour and returned and my vehicle was still in the bay. I asked how much longer and they had just finished with it. The total wait time was 3 and a half hours. They did an oil change and a realignment, I asked them to rotate my tires but they weren't rotated and they couldn't find the clicking I asked about. After leaving it was determined to be a lose bolt in my rear shock.

Customer Service was excellent, they installed tires on my two vehicles at a reasonable price. These is the second time I install tires in Big O and always pleased with the results. Thank You.

Took my vehicle in to get an alignment they told me it needed a inner tie rod and they replaced it and there was nothing wrong with the part that they took off and they charge me for what for a part that had nothing wrong with it changing out perfectly good part is deceiving I'm not OK with that

While visiting my daughter for the holidays, we had a nail in a tire and after AAA changed the flat we took it to big O tires and had the best experience. Not only did they fix the flat, switch out the spare and finish in less than a half hour but they didn't charge us a THING! thank you

I've been coming to Big O in Fountain for nearly 20 years. I'm not so sure I'll be back. 2 hours to get tires with an appointment. It's gone to hell. My vehicle was sitting in a bay for about 20 minutes after it was done, and finally pulled out after I went in to ask about it. New ownership needs to get their act together.

Passing through Springs in our motorhome, our tow vehicle developed a flat tire. They got us in right away and there was no charge for the repair! Awesome service, thank you so much!

I called in to make an appointment first thing in the morning so that way I could make to work. So the next day I come in, I'm standing there while two employees are talking to each other and Scott filling out paperwork and not one of them acknowledged me for 2 minutes. Finally Scott asked what I needed while still filling out paperwork not looking at me. I said that I made an appointment for 7:30 am to get new tires put on and get an alignment and I asked that if it would be done by 9:15 because I have work at 10 and this is why I made an early appointment he said 9:15 am would be the earliest it would be done and I told him okay (again because I have work at 10) and that my mom is outside to take me home so I can get ready while my car is being worked on, he said okay. I call at 9:24 am and Rickey answered and told me they just started working on my car. Rickey was great and reassured me my car would be done as soon as possible and he apologized about the delay(which was much appreciated). I call again about 10 minutes later and Rickey answered again and I asked an estimated time and that I am coming in to speak to the manager. I go in and my car is finally done at about 10:45 am BUT did not do the alignment because they would not do it without fixing other things on my car that totals over $1,000. (Bullshit). So my mom and I go in and that's when I learn that Scott is the manager, who quite frankly should not be a manager with his low set of customer service skills. He not once apologized for making me late to work and for me receiving a write up, he seemed to not give a shit about his job and that it is an inconvenience to help people. He blamed me, the customer, instead of giving a simple apology, did not offer any discount for the bad service. Also tried to still charge for the alignment even though it was not done saying we could have it as a credit on the account for when we come back. My mom and I have had the WORST experience with this new management and this store has gone down hill. Sadly we will be taking our business elsewhere for things we need. Hopefully this place gets new management and we can come back especially with how much we love this store.

Each time I bring one of my vehicles to the Camden Big O, I am promptly greeted and advised of what my expectations should be. These guys have always treated my vehicle as their own.

Had all tires and brakes done previously. Went in for warranty coverage and could not locate records of any of the work. Questioned me about having this previous work done at their location. Located hard copy records in my glove compartment. Commence to telling me there's no warranty coverage and they cannot rotate my tires...I need 2 new front ones...after they told me initially my tires look great upon measuring tread on all 4. Needless to say, this is the 3rd time I've gotten the run around from them. NEVER GOING BACK!! My car is at a more reputable and honest shop that I can trust.

I'm not sure why I made an appointment. I arrived 10 to 15 mins early for my appointment at 3pm. Checked my car in for a simple tire repair. I asked the attendant how long it should take. I was told 30 mins tops. I waited for an hour, my car didn't move from the space I had parked in. I would never recommend this store to any one further more I will never set foot in this store again. Piss Poor service and whats the point of an appointment if you cant even honor the time slot? I took time off for work to get this done, not sit around waiting for you guy to have your thumbs up your ass. I had to give your "Product and Knowledge' rating a 1 because you were so sad that I couldn't even get my car worked on to even find out.

Took my car in to get 1 tire replaced at the Camden rd. location and my husband had made the appointment the prior week, when I arrived the manager dave stated the appointment was not in the computer, I then called my husband to confirm who he spoke with and while I was on the phone the manager Dave asks his co worker about the appointment and then proceeded to yell at me "We found it, I couldn't ask because the was on the phone" referring to his co worker.he yelled to the point where my husband could hear him through the phone. I was humiliated to be treated as such and especially by a manager who clearly should not be in a position of manager.I will not return to Big O for any reason.

Josh took my vehicle in very quickly and efficiently and provided me with clear expectations. I picked up my vehicle as promised and everything is in top shape!
