Big O Tires

Cindy Giles, my wife says that you rotated the tires on our 1995 Suburban and there is a very bad high speed vibration in the tires. Tires need to be balanced properly.

Did a great job, worked with me on what I wanted done.

Dropped a car off at 10 am was told about an hour. Told them I was going to the city. We would pick it up a couple hours later. Was told it would be done. 4 hours later the car is still in the same spot and no service was done. I live near bailey and didn't want to have to make two trip. Then manager start making excuses for the poor service instead of owning the mistake. Never again

The problem was discussed and corrective measures were taken. Very satisfactory.

Promised tires to be there next day. Then told the dont get a truck that day. Cost me hours at work. Not impressed.

We drive over the hill to Conifer for a reason...these guys are the best. Great service, quick turnaround, no attempt to upsell additional services we don't need. Quick, painless, professional, reasonably priced - all you could ask for in a new tire purchase. I've read reviews that say these guys are rude. Have to say, it was probably you and not them. They don't know me from Adam and they've always been great. Get over yourself and appreciate great service where you find it.

I went in due to a break problem and was good with the service and people I talked to....... BUT..... after returning to Texas and getting online for pricing I feel like I have been taken advantage of I mean really 74.49 for ONE break pad....the rotor was reasonably priced but I was charged for 2. (only one was replaced?) then noticing a tear in the inside of my tire they wanted to sell me a new one (used tires not available?) Even I know its not wise to get one new tire with 3 worn ones. Now I don't know if its because I am a woman ( and therefore don't know cars) or a tourist in the area... but I feel that I was taken advantage of. They did check my breaks for free and all but what was I to do about repairs when everything was in pieces already???

I've been bringing my cars to this place for years. Fast, dependable service and they stand behind their work.

Went for quote on Michelin crossclimate and spoke to the bald fat ass. Rude and price giver was way over the top. Big o sucks and will NEVER use them. Hope this costs them at least 1 more sale

Guess they don't want my Business: I have been using Big O in Conifer for many years and have always been happy with the service,UNTIL Now.I came in for new tires, was given an estimate and was told the tires were in stock.When I returned to have them put on my Rav 4, they told me they had just sold those tires, no more in stock.So they ordered more and told me they would call me when they were in so I could have them put on......that was weeks ago and I have never been notified by anyone from Big O.I know the very busy season is here and the store in Conifer is ridiculously crazy during this time,so I will be getting my new tires somewhere else. Probably won't be using Big O in Conifer again

I used the web-site to select a tire size and it ended up being incorrect.Unfortunately, two tires were already off before my mistake was discovered.Big O Tires ordered the correct tires for me and got me back on the road!

1) The store does not take appointments. When I arrived, it was at least a 4-6 hour wait to change tires. 2) The employee told me that my special order tires would arrive at by 10:30 on Tuesday and that I wouldn't need to call back and check. I arrived at 11:30 and the tires were not there and they had no idea when they would arrive. 3) The employee refused to even attempt to replace my tires after he learned that my car was a GE Fleet car. Although GE lists this branch as an approved dealer, this Big O location refused to work on my car. The manager complained that he was on hold for 15 minutes with them once to obtain pre-approval. Therefore, he would not work on my car. I will not be returning to this branch with my fleet car or any of my personal cars due to the poor customer service and unwillingness to cooperate with customer's schedules or billing needs.

I took my truck in to have my summer tires swapped with the winter ones. Jerry and Todd were very personable and I enjoyed chatting wth them. They got the tires done much faster than I expected.

Brought in my truck to Big O in Conifer Colorado. Jerry seemed upset that I had new tires from another place. He then overcharged me sine the $65 winter tire swap price was not for me. my winter tires were new so that MUST cost more. $114 later I had my winter tires on. They drove horrible. I went to another tire shop to check balance and all 4 needed to be rebalanced. The other shop showed me my tires off balanced on their machine. Then explained they call what Big O did a rodeo balance. This is where they throw on tires and some weights and "hope" it works. This is my second poor experience at this place. The first was Jerry again lying to my wife that we needed new brakes, except we just hand new brakes done 5000 miles ago! Crooked shop with a crooked front desk guy. Avoid this place.

I came in to get my snow tires installed. It took less than an hour. Store personnel was very polite and helpful.

I'm based in new Zealand and got spam mail from these clowns. If they can't do their marketing properly why should I trust them with my vehicles tyres?

The Big O folks took care of me again, with no curve balls.Solid and timely service.Plus, they recognize us military veterans/retirees with $25 off of the tire service.Not a huge discount, but in a time where these discounts are few and far between, it is a great value that Big O truly values it's military veterans.

My wife went there for two new snow tires on the front of her car. They said we only install snow tires 4 at a time. They were happy to put the still servicable tires from the rear of the car in the back seat. We'll just take them elsewhere and have them put back on the rear wheels on by a tire store that values repeat customers. This Big O no longer does. My truck will need a set of tires soon. They cost two and a half times more than her tires. I'll be shopping elsewhere for that set. We've bought lots of tires for several different vehicles from this store over the years. They got a few extra bucks from us this time. It won't happen again.

Great people!!! They wore gloves to put whitewalls on my Airstream!!! Just finished Snow Tires on Jeep Will do Tahoe when back from Texas and Florida Thanksgiving!!! Thanks!!!
