Never disapointed; great group. Wish you had a standard discount for reg. cusomers. I have 3 car that get tires and service here.

Always friendly service and very helpful in finding the best price and products for what I need. The store is very well kept and the employees are great.

Big O Tire fixed my tire for no charge. Service was fairly quick and staff friendly.

I was able to get an appointment to have my vehicle serviced very quickly. They were waiting for me when I arrived. They changed the oil in my 2000 Buick Regal and then rotated the tires. Following those procedures, I was advised of work that I should think about having done soon, especially regarding the brakes. I was given an estimate and the employee explained it to me in a way that I could mostly understand.

Everyone in this store is knowledgeable and customer focused. Last visit I brought in a trailer tire that could not repaired and it was not stocked in the store. Shipping it in and total cost was more than the original purchase store. When I picked up the young lady completely understood and did not make me feel bad I wasn't ordering form you. I'll be back soon for tires for my truck, thank you!

Jon, chuy and manager Jesse were all very profession along with the machanic that worked on the brake system for our 2000 Dodge 2500 ram and the 2012 Tundra. Wish I had gotten his name, seemed passionate his work. Price point ($900) was fair considering extension of work needed at the Canon City BigO. Ariiel Pierce Westcliffe , Colo.

They did not make all the tires the same psi. They had to reschedule my visit because they did it incorrectly the first time. I had a discount which I told them about and they did not add that on until I told him about it later

The biggest reason was that the oil change was done in less than an hour. My appointment was at 2pm. I was back on the road at 2:43pm! Fantastic. I also appreciated that the auto technician noticed I needed a new air filter. He found me in the very clean waiting room and showed me the very dirty air filter. Although those air filters are hard to find for me at various Auto Parts stores, you had the correct type in stock. Great Job Big O!

As usual the Big O Team did a great job. I was concerned the Air Filter needed changing. Well, they said "no yet"--AF is still good! You guys also performed an X rotation-just what I needed. BTW, you can expect to see me soon for those new tires I need. Keep Up The Great Work! Your Pal, Dave

Service was good and friendly

Another great job Big O! I needed 4 new tires. One of my old tires was fairly new--you gave me credit for that! A very charming young man (named Angel) gave my wife, mother-in-law and myself a "courtesy ride". Although the trunk was a pack-rat disaster--the spare, jack and tire iron were placed back in order. Huge accomplishment! Thanks Again Big O!!!

I went in with a problem, and they wasn't trying to Just make a sale.. they looked around extensively, to locate my issue, I had oil change and tire Rotation, had a bad vibration, they found lower control arm issue. Am making a appointment to fix it.
