Great service as uaual

This may seem like a small event to most but to me and my 85 year old mother, it was huge. I came here from Oregon 3 week ago to see if I could help her at a difficult time. Her health if deteriating and she had several other issues, one was with her car. We got it into the shop and in the process of fixing the undercarriage and other things they checked her tires and put in 35 lbs of pressure in each time. She swore it was the wrong pressure and I had been listening to this constant complaining for 3 days. I had it back into the shop we had it fixed at, had other mechanic friends tell her it was fine but it wasn't until I stopped at Woodland Park's Big O Tire did we finally get some real help. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the time to help us, listen to her, and reduce the air to the recommended level. It gave us(especially me) some peace of mind. Your custormer service is 5 star in my book! Thanks to those who helped us from the manager to the young man from Wisconsin who actually let the air out.

I decided to have snow tires put on right after the first snow. Although it was "Insanely" busy, they promised they'd get my car done if I drove down. After a grueling day for the staff, I was greeted immediately with a smile & courteous service. They were careful keeping my car clean & provided great service. This was my first visit to your facility. I asked for an oil change. Jeff was friendly and helpful, detailing the status of the fluid levels after the job was complete. When I started asking questions about the costs of a brake job on my Bravada, he took the time to check prices even though he was probably kind of busy taking care of other things. THANK YOU JEFF! Based on my experience, I will definitely be back for that brake job and future services needed!

For the 5th time in a week, could not start my vehicle. My brother gave me a jump start- again. It was snowing hard when drove over to the Big O for their oil change special, and explained that after just one day with new battery and new starter relay fuse am still unable to start car without a jump. They were very thorough in searching down the problem and now with a new starter am trusting my Blazer S10 again and enjoying worry-free driving. The manager and mechanic were very respectful to me, a female senior citizen, and patient in their explanation of the problem, cost and how long would take. They had me back on the road in a few hours. I am very happy with their service at a reasonable cost and am now a loyal customer. The Woodland Park Big O store deserves the highest rating available.

We had a misunderstanding about what work was to be done. But Jeff at the Woodland Park Store was very nice about refunding the money for the unneeded work.We will highly recomend Big O to friends and family.
