Big O Tires

I had an experience yesterday with Big O in Woodland Park CO for my 2014 Subaru Forester.. Seems that the time they told me my vehicle would be ready was somewhat off. I was very irritated but said nothing. There was a young man there that was explaining why the delay. I think he saw that I was a little put off. Anyway, that young man immediately got my car in for the oil change and tire rotation with no charge to me. I do not know his name but I want to thank him for his consideration, he made me a Big O tire fan for life. Gary

My family and I are new to town. We needed some car work done. I was referred to Big O Tires, by my co-workers. The store manager, Jeff, was outstanding. This place has a great and fun atmosphere. This is a true shop with integrity, which is a rare find. The mechanic Jeremy, was very helpful and knowledgable. I recommend this shop for your vehicle's mechanical needs and of course any thing to do with tires. I will be using this Big O Tire's for everything from now.

As I came in the door I was met by Julian who was courteous and professional. He got my car in immediately to check a tire that had been losing air and within 20 mins. they discovered a nail in my tire, fixed it and I was on my way! My experience with the Big O in Woodland Park was very positive.

Will bring other vehicles to this store in the future. The only concern is the possibility of having to wait for more than an hour and a half due to the store not having an appointment schedule. I would highly recommend a schedule policy which I believe would enhance customer service to those who do not live in Woodland Park.

I was in for a routine oil change/checkout, as always, the staff was great. I never feel like I am getting advised to get work done that I don't need. The shop was very busy, leading me to wonder if it is time to allow for "appointments" so I know when I am going to get in and out.

Super friendly staff. I had a flat and the temp spare on my vehicle. They very quickly found it was a nail close to the sidewall and showed me. Turned out it could not be repaired. My new tire was ordered quickly and it would be there in a few hours. I couldn't wait but came back the next morning where they took care of me in record time and I was on the road again!

It was Fourth of July weekend and I was going to be leaving town and had a leak in my tire. The guys were very busy but they squeezed me in and got the job done quickly. They were very pleasant and very Proffessional. They did a great job!!!! Thanks guys for a job well done!!!

Clean facilities, friendly staff, extremely fast service

Everyone is so awesome here! They are all extremely knowledgeable and help to make sure that everything is explained to me, someone who doesn't understand much about cars. Their customer service is phenomenal and I know I am getting great service on my car. Can't recommend them highly enough!
