Big O Tires

I used this location a week ago and the service was amazing!!! I felt informed as to what was going on with my car while I was there.

Zach took excellent care of me when Icame in for a set of new tires'. He provided me with options, and came outside to look at my current tires. When I asked what he thought of the tread wear,I was pleasantly surprised when he said I could possibly get a few more miles out of the current tires. I decided to replace my tires now, as they weren't very good in snow and rain. Zach's honesty and integrity impressed me. I highly recommend Big O in Woodland Park for this reason.

I went in for an oil change and snow tire switch-out, and asked to check on the alignment. Big O did everything, and they forgot to charge me for the alignment, but they said since it was their mistake that it was on them! What a generous surprise! We've been long-time Big O customers, and they are always kind and courteous, even when they call and let me know they found something wrong. They also respect that I have other local mechanics for our cars. One time I waited for the oil change (I live less than an mile away) with my then-toddler, and we pulled weeds out of the rock landscaping while we waited because it was so nice outside. They noticed and gave me the oil change for free! So I'm a fan of Big O in Woodland Park.

Very quick service time, although, I was the only customer that early in the morning.

I went in to have a slow leak fixed and after they looked at my tires they told me the tires had dry rot! Good thing I went in or I could have been stranded in one of the worst snow storms of 2016. They were truly concerned about my safety. Thank you!!

Got tires rotated. Took over 3 hours, but they always do a good job and I feel they are honest with me.

The guys treated me and the other customers with respect and courtesy. They were very busy but still help people who had unexpected problems. My tires where done quickly and with high quality craftsmanship. Way better then the other major tire company that I have done business with. Thank you Big O!

All of the workers I came into contact with were very friendly. I did not make an appointment and Jeff made sure to get my car taken care of as soon as possible. I always go to this Big O for oil changes and tires and have never had any issues!

Big O does most of my mechanical work. I like how they give the breakdown of the price and services. I like the friendliness of this facility. When it's my turn for my vehicle to be brought in and worked on, they are very efficient and work solely on my vehicle to get the work done.
