We had a tire fixed this past Wednesday! and they were Very friendly and on the ball!

Came in for a new set of snow rims and tires. With it being a new vehicle and not popular, Alex spent the time planning and options. He also offered above service to paint the rims black since I could only get them in silver. Explained the tires and how he has used them also with satisfaction. Several issues came up with the boots and rims along with spacers. Able To solve them with multiple visits and get my vehicle working

Had tires rotated & alignment done first thing in the morning. Got me in & out quickly.

From the time I called to schedule an apt until the moment I checked out the level of customer service was superb! I waited at the shop and there was never a second of downtime for anyone working there but they were always extremely courteous, friendly and helpful.

I came in to have the mechanic check a squeak and a rattle in my truck. I found out what both noises were but they were unable to give me a price because the business was closed for the weekend, but provided to me that they will get back with me on Monday with a quote. You don't really get customer service like that!

I like how Jacob came out and kept me informed of what was going on through the process.
