I brought the vehicle in to have the brakes serviced due to excessive squeaking. The technician was honest in explaining the brakes were squeaking due to the material properties and that the brake and rotors were still in great condition and would provide their function well for a while. The technician was very clear and prompt with communication and was able to help me make an informed decision. I opted not to replace the brakes and the technician did not charge me for the inspection. Overall it was a great experience and I appreciate the technician taking the time to show me and explain the components with the wheels removed.

The guy that helped me was VERY knowledgable and honest about the issues with my car and the solutions I have. I was def satisfied with his service.

Highly Satisfied with total experience. I am hard of hearing and the associate came around from the desk, closer to me to aid my hearing. There are tires in front of the front counter (I am sure Covid precaution) so I thought this was an incredibly considerate thing to do.
