Big O Tires

About 3 days ago took my F350 in for service. Service was completed in a very professional manner. Woukd highly recommend Big O Tires in Woodland Park to anyone needing automotive service.

Everything went smooth and easy

Came in for shocks and an alignment, knew something was off.The mechanics found seriously worn parts, they were able to get everything installed in a timely manner.Kinda drives like a new truck.

I took my car in because the alignment went off almost overnight. I was afraid of a long wait because it is a walk in service. Not only was I able to get an estimate within 15 minutes but my car was completed in a few hours. Very impressed!

My Dad went to them for all his tire needs for years. After his death my step mother and I continue to have all our tire needs taken care of at Rex.

Three years ago I purchased Micheline tires from you and last week I noticed they were peeling after less than 30,000 miles on them. I decide to go back in and speak to Zach and see what could be done. Zach was very knowledgeable and helped me with this issue and got me into a better performing tire. He was also able to give me a nice credit off of new tires since the previous set did not wear well at all. I am very satisfied with the friendly and knowledgeable service, and the turn around time to get me into safer tires. Plus I was able to utilize the new Big O Tire credit card and get 6 months free interest. Win, Win!

Courteous, efficient...no more travelling to 'The Springs' for auto maintenance! Wish Big O would allow appointments to be scheduled rather than First Come, First Serve basis, but will return for their great service.

The guys were amazing. They were clear describing my options and availability. They also brought my attention to a couple other device needs. They explained how the wear of driving in Colorado affects all vehicles and the deterioration of certain parts. I learned a lot!
