The crew at Big O, alway takes good care of me. 20 years I have used Big O for many different things. Great crew in Woodland Park!!

Checking in for my appointment was easy and I was made to feel welcomed. The gentleman was very pleasant and super friendly. I was really surprised it didn’t take more than an hour. I ended up not having to have my wheels aligned once they were rotated. That was a great surprise that I enjoyed very much! Thank you for the great service all around! God Bless!

I went in for an oil change and to fix a flat. They discovered the nail went through the sidewall of the flat and could not be fixed. The team was so accommodating and SO kind and understanding. They got us new tires, wheel alignments and oil changes for such a good price. I am very grateful for their kindness during a stressful time.

I had a break in my schedule and needed new tires for my F150. I expected to have to order the tires and return another day to have them mounted, balanced, plus an alignment. My tires were in stock, and the shop was able to complete everything same-day. Very pleased with the service, the tires, and it was a good experience.

Overall good experience with this location except twice the air pressures is not set to vehicle manufacturers recommended air pressures. Both times it was the air pressure in the rear tires that are set the same as the front. Most pickups and suv's require higher pressure in the rear.

I am recognized when I enter the location. service is fast. Explanations are thorough. Price is VERY acceptable. I trust the work done on my car, which is very important.

All of the employees that I met were very professional and very helpful. The mechanic on duty May 13th was so awesome. He helped me out so much. Kudos to him. He did an amazing job and in record time.

Zach and Jacob has always taken care of me they know my work van inside and out I never have any problems leaving it here and picking it up later they get me in and out fairly quickly this is my service vehicle I have only taken it to this place for the last 5 years

Wrote a review earlier when my wife had experienced an issue with a unwanted car alignment. Jeff Sadler fixed the refund and we came to a positive result. Yes I will use and recommend Big O of Woodland Park for my tire needs.

We have three vehicles we trust Big O Tires in Woodland Park CO for oil changes and general maintenance, including tire purchases. The biggest issues I have had is excessive wait times. Once, the wrong part was sent and my total wait time was six hours. This Monday I was told the oil change would require and hour and a half wait, but it was 3 hours. I do not mind waiting, but if I had known it would be so backed up, I would come back another time. Get there super early 7am) for the quickest service.

Showed up at my allotted time and was seen within a few seconds, I waited for my truck and it only took 1hr 10min to complete my oil change/alignment/tire rotation. I was given a great price for services provided.
