Big O Tires

Customer service this time was not what I expected. It has always been very good, but I was ignored when I came to pick up my car. I wanted to ask status, and I stood there while the person at the register continued typing for five minutes and did not wait on me. I finally just went and sat down.

The work was done quickly and an issue of importance was found and fixed at a resonable price. I felt confident that my car is prepared for my trip.

I had my RAM2500 in for a tire rotation when the store opened.The good news was that I was done and out in about 40 minutes.The bad news was that when I got in the truck the "low tire pressure" light was on.The RAM has different pressures front and rear.The technicians obviously did not check tire pressures after rotation.I adjusted to proper inflation and all was good.

It was the best. Thanks Jeff and staff.

We have taken our vehicles to this Big O several times. They always take care of us.

All the people are very helpful and friendly. Time for the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend. Especially because of the service people, they make the experience top notch.

Got my vehicle right in, did take a couple of hours to get everything done but it was worth the wait.

We are a transportation provider, primarily we transport Seniors. Discovered flat tire on one of our vehicles Friday evening, called Big O and talked to Jacob Saturday morning. He went out of his way to assure our tire was repaired and we were able to use our vehicle on Monday morning to take Seniors to their physician appointments. My oil change was done well but for the 3rd time they forgot to reset my "percentage of oil use" dial. Not hard but overlooked.

Jeff and the staff was completely professional and courteous. The price was remarkably inexpensive. Thanks to Jeff and the crew and big o tires in woodland park for everything that they have done for me and my family.

Staff was very attentive to all the costumers whole I was there. Always has been a good store. I have been in it several times and always left happy with the people and service

Great follow-up: Oil Change and rotate service. Next am saw oil under the engine. Took to Big O.They found oil on the skid plate but no leak.Cleaned the skid plate and all seems well.

I listed precisely what I wanted them to do and they did it. They even tried to save me money, because my rear pads had some life left in them. I thought that was very considerate. I still decided to go ahead and replace the pads anyway.

Service was good, but I was there for almost 3 hrs: I'm glad I used them for the services I was needing. I will be back and hopefully it's a lot faster service

I love the price of your oil change, and most of the time it is a coupon special. My only complaint is that I always have greasy or oily fingerprints or smears on the hood area (usually above the wheel wells on the fender). I wouldn't mind spending an extra dollar or two for you to incorporate those disposable covers that protect the customer's car while servicing it.

The customer service that I received at the begging and the duration of my visit was amazing thanks to Michael and Zech! They’re both amazing! I would highly recommend this location to family and friends! The services provided were also done in a timely manner too!

My second visit to your store was a big improvement in service. I purchased 4 tires in advance and you ordered them for me. I explained my problem of getting my oil changed to Jeff, I think that was his name, and he agreed to change my oil. He took my Volvo coupon and I paid to upgrade to synthetic oil. The service took 3.5 hours. I wasn't expecting it to take that long. You do not have permission to use my name in any advertising. I am an extremely private person.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish!
