Big O Tires

The customer service was great, friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The amount of time it took to complete all the work on my car was spot-on what I was told. I will be recommending friends to check out Big O tire for all there automotive needs. Only downer was the bathroom was a mess as well as the floor in the lobby. I understand this is a tire and repair shop but having managed one myself I know having a clean restroom and lobby goes along way to establishing customer comfort and loyalty.

I enjoy bringing my vehicle to y'all because of the fast friendly service and I have the utmost trust and confidence in this business when it comes to my vehicle.

Upon arrival I was greeted and helped. I was told the wait time was one hour. A little while later I was told it would be an hour and 20 minutes. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes I asked how much longer it would be and was told another 20 minutes. So my hour wait turned into 2 hours. I was frustrated as I had places to be. The man took it upon himself to change the oil himself to get me through. He also gave me an upgrade in oil and discount. I commend him for taking action to make sure customer service standards were met.

Everyone was really busy, but doing a good job.I couldn't wait, due to another appointment, to have my tires aligned after having you switch my snow tires to my all season tires,I was told to bring the car back, when I have more time.The snow tires that we got from you, were great and made for a safe winter for our family!

I got 2 tires for under $150, which worked out great for the pocket book. The people were friendly and helpful. One employee, however, wasnt very professional. He was complaining to me about how expensive it was to replace a bad tie rod. Which was $300 (includes labor) which I thought wasnt a bad price. If you are working for a company, you need to believe in what you are selling.
