Big O Tires

I've been a long time customer, and we've purchased many sets of tires for our personal vehicles and our company vehicles (I own Mountain Aspen Granite and Tim Kulin Cabinetry). I have to say I'm regularly disappointed in the quality of the service. It seems that every time I come in for something other than new tires it requires at least two visits to get it done properly. A typical rotate and balance nearly always requires a trip back to get the tire pressure sensors properly registered, even when I make a point of reminding the service writer to double check. There have been other instances with a leaky tire, and I'd get it back not only not fixed, but still under-inflated. I swear no one even looked at the vehicle on that one. There have been numerous other instances, but of course I can't recall a single one at the moment. We continue to buy from you guys (new tires on wife's car just today), but that's primarily because you're local and locally owned. As another local small business owner, I believe in supporting Teller County businesses. I'd sure love it if you guys would up your game, though.

You did a good job on my Buick but I brought my Silverado down Saturday morning at 7:30 you said it would be done in a couple of hours I stopped back down 3 hours later and you hadn't even pulled it in yet so I had it done somewhere else

I was a little disappointed when I found out that triple crown employees no longer get discounts. I had heard from a fellow employee that we got discounts from your company yay! No..Apparently Robert who was the manager at the time who made the deals with us didn't explain that to the owner so when I came to work I let them know that we no longer had business with Big O Tires and unfortunately nobody called us and let us know that and we have boxes of cards stating that we are doing business with you guys but nobody informed us of otherwise..until the other day when I went in..so really disappointed about the lack of communication from your company.

The staff is always a pleasure to work with and very professional.

I had a $25 oil change coupon right away the customer service rep said my 2006 GMC truck should only use synthetic... Well I used these coupons before there and it didn't matter. It seems as though this is very misleading. Anyway the oil change ended up costing me 62 bucks. Customer service or customer ripoff?

I did not have an appointment on a late morning Friday so I expected there might be a long wait. The work was completed in 2/3 the time they estimated. Staff remembered me from previous visits, and offered a personalized greeting, asking about the family, etc. During these strange and difficult times it means more than ever to connect with folks. I appreciate the oil change, the tire rotation and the new battery, but receiving those services in a speedy manner, plus the friendly interactions, provided an end of the week bonus. Thank you.

I gave up on Woodland Park Big O a couple years ago.....the service was terrible and the workmanship atrocious......no one should have to go back to the store for a simple brake job 3 times....and be blamed for the problem.....It's been 2 years and they are under a new supervisory team.....decided to try an alignment.......so far so good....and they were plesent to work with...what a change.

2 hours for oil change. No tire rotation even when I had a paper add that included in the price.

I have been purchasing tires for 43 years. No idea how many sets of tires I have bought over that time, let's just say a lot. This was the best tire purchase experience I have ever had. From start to finish, every step of the process went off without a hitch. Placing the on-line order and paying in advance was seamless. Brought my truck in for my 9:00am appointment this morning and it was immediatly taken into the shop, new tires installed and an alignment completed in less than a hour. The staff was great to work with, very professional, knowlegdable and extremely easy to talk with. I live 70 west from Woodland Park, but the drive was well worth my time. Plan on coming back this summer for a set of tires for my Jeep. Well Done Guys!, Thanks

Tires had to be ordered (Tuesday). We were told they would be in Wednesday afternoon or Thursday. We received no phone call when they arrived. When we called on Friday afternoon, they seemed surprised that we hadn't brought the car in. We finally got the tires on the car on Saturday, long after the snowstorm we wanted them for was over and we had our other car back. We were not offered an apology

I have already told friends about my very positive experience this week at Big-O. A A big storm was moving in and one of my windshield wipers became shredded (probably because I waited too long to replace them.) I live in the mountains about 45 minutes from Big-O. The roads were still clear, so I dashed down the mountain to to Big-O I was able to park right in front. I hurried in and asked, "Can you replace my wipers fast enough to allow me to get back up the mountain ahead of this storm?" The gentleman came from behind the counter immediately, checked the wipers and asked another employee to put the needed wipers on my car. While he rang up my bill, took payment, and gave me my receipt, the other fellow replaced the wipers on my car. I made it home just ahead of the storm! This sort of service has been consistently found at Big-O, and I keep going back!

I found myself using Big - O because of good prices and also that another competitor had closed in our town. I like to keep my business local. My biggest and most repetitive complaint is that grease/dirt is left on vehicle (mine is white so I can't help but notice). I had to wipe off my steering wheel and stick shift before driving back to work. The door and fender also had print marks. Never had this problem with the other companies I have used over the years. Upon walking out to get in my truck I found that the emergency brake was not fully engaged and the truck had drifted out in to the middle of the parking lot. I was late getting back to work (not your fault, service was speedier than usual) so did not come back in to let counter person know what I found. I would like to get the recommended other service needs that were suggested but wonder how much crud would be left on the vehicle since several other things need to be done under the hood next time.

The whole experience was easy. All associates that I spoke with were kind and clear in assisting me. There were no surprises except a couple of discounts at my appointment. I was able to get my car in earlier and it was done faster than I anticipated.

The quality of service was fine and the folks at the counter were knowledgeable BUT I was told I'd have to wait 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Two hours turned out to be 3 1/2 hours without an explanation. Thus, my low rating.

The customer service and the work that was done was absolutely wonderful and well done.
