Big O Tires

Unfortunately, my tires were all out of balance causing vibration for 850 miles on a Sunday leave date. The desk guys are great but my vehicle service was poor. My fluids were not all taken care of either. There seems to be a mechanic problem.

Very easy to schedule. Professional staff. Quick service. I would recommend free balance and rotations when tires are purchased at Big O.

I was Not content at all, I told the service man how I wanted my tires rotated, he did Not take Notes to relay the message to the people doing the work. As a result in this I had to make another trip to the facility to get the job done correct which wasted my time as it wasnt done right the first time.

You got several vehicles in for service/tires quickly and completed them quickly.

I use them frequently but I just took car in for oil change and now have 3 huge spots of oil all over my garage and driveway. I called they offered for me to bring it back, but I don't have the time and would expect to make sure there are no leaks prior to my leaving!

Going into my Big O is like going into the local pub. They know me and my truck! They always work with me to find the best price and Nike sell me what I need.

I usually get great service at Big O, but this time I had to take my 4-runner in twice just to get a tire repaired.That's twice I had to wait for the service because it wasn't done right on the first trip. They replaced the tire on the second trip but were further delayed when the broke off one of the lug bolts and had to wait for the part to complete the repair.

Fast friendly service. Tryed to schedule appt at local auto shop. They said come in 2 days. Called big o and got right in.

We took our car in for an oil change/tire rotation. They told us it would take about an hour, so we decided to wait close by. Over 3 hours later we were finally able to pick up our car. There was no multi-point inspection performed, and they did not diagnose the "check engine" light as we had requested. We've used Big O for a few recent oil changes just because we had coupons that would supposedly save us money. However, each time we walk away spending more than we would've at the dealer, and we are consistently unhappy with the quality of service performed. The customer service is lacking as well, as we are constantly talked down to like we are completely ignorant. We will not use Big O for oil changes or car maintenance/service in the future.

They were expecting me and had my tires ready & got me in right away. I was outta there in about 30 minutes

Saw ad in the local paper and went for Spring oil change special. Didn't pay attention when paying that it was regular price - about $10 more. My mistake. Looked under hood next day and oil cap was missing. Took to store and things got better. Luckily cap was still in sitting on radiator and employee refunded $10. Have been there many times for tires/oil changes/etc but just wasn't good this time.

I could get a same day appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, added a front end alignment, and while vehicle was there, I was informed it was time to replace my tires. My car was done with all service within 1 hour.

Everytime I need service on my tires it is ALWAYS over 2 hours! I was 3rd in line before store opened and it still took 2 hours! All I wanted was my snow tires put on.

They had the tires i needed in stock, and had them installed in less than an hour, along with an alignment check.

I had no service. I made an appointment on Friday afternoon for an oil change. I explained I had a prepaid coupon from Volvo. The person I spoke to over the phone on Friday said Big O Tires would accept the coupon from Volvo. On Monday, another person was there, he called Volvo and decided they would not accept the Volvo coupon for my pre-paid oil change. I think his name was Mark. I have to drive to Colorado springs to get my oil changed on Saturday. If you will do it with my coupon, I could go back to Big O Tires tomorrow. Call me at 480 267 2101.

Zechariah was very friendly when I arrived. Jason was prompt and friendly when I set up the appointment. Oil change and tire rotation were completed fast. We have visited this location in the past several years ste these guys are the best.

The guys at the front desk were professionals. The guys doing the work were dropping f bombs and mf-ing everything that moved. The blond haired, ponytailed, mini-mountain man looking kid walked away from us twice when we asked if we were done. As we pulled out he came running out to tell (rudely) us we weren't done and we needed to go inside to pay (I had already paid). I showed him my receipt and he said, "well no one told me". He didn't ask, he was just an ass. I would never send anyone I cared about to this place.

The guys up front are great! And they know what they're talking about. They are friendly and professional! I've been to this store many times and they did a great job on new brakes just before I took off on a 6048 mile vacation to Maine. I plan on coming here for all maintenance and tires mostly because of the way I'm treated at this store! Thank them all for me!

This store broke my Mercedes-Benz locking lug nut key because they used the key in an impact wrench! The box for the key is even stickered, "Not for use with impact tools". One would think I tire sales center would know better; Walmart does. Then they scarred my rims by trying to impact chisel the locking lug nuts off. The final straw was when I addressed the ex-convict manager regarding the damages and he states, "well, he [sic] was trying to do you a favor".

All I heard was terrible reviews from old customers. They took care of all my needs truly appreciated.
