Big O Tires

It is pretty sad when you take your vehicle in for tire rotationand then they come up with all these problems and over 1,800 dollars later you get your vehicle back. Not surprised my own fault because I was warned. One thing is for sure will never do that again. And I'm sure no one really gives a darn.

I would not give Big O one star! I needed an oil change for my diesel truck. I had just installed new shocks on my truck. The service person at Big O told me one of the shocks was bad. He showed me fresh oil that was quote leaking from the shock. It looked to me like it had just been sprayed on. So I declined their suggestion to get it replaced. Later on I checked it and the shock was fine, no leaks. I asked for full Synthetic oil which should be good to about 7,000 miles. Plus got 4 new tires. I left Big O got halfway up to Divide and the hood on my truck popped open and I was going 60 mph. They did not even latch it down! I drove back to Nevada where I have a second home and the sticker as to when the next recommended oil change fell off. I called Big O in WP and they told me it had to be changed at 3,500 miles. Seemed strange to me but confirmed with them that I got synthetic oil. While back in Nevada checked the air pressure in all 4 tires. 3 tires where under pressure by 20l psi The other was under 15 psi on a 3/4 ton truck! I went to Big O in Vegas and they checked the shock again plus the tires all ok. They confirmed it was not due for an oil change at 3,500. I called back Big O in WP and put them on speaker so the folks at Big O could listen in. WP Big O insisted that oil to be changed at 3,500. The employees at Big O in Vegas were listening to the conversation and started to laugh! I hung up and called back again to Big O in WP to confront them and then they started hedging as to the quote required oil change. I would stay far away from Big O in WP. Always great honest service

I set up and paid for tires with Ben. My wife took my Honda in 7 Apr 17 0800 tires were replaced, that's what I wanted. However, Big O decided to do a free alignment, First problem. They told her my front end was out of align and because of where I work she was unable to contact me she said it was ok to do the alignment. The previous tires had 50,000 + miles and the car needed no alignment. I asked for a refund, I told them I wanted to do all my business with them since we moved to WP last year, I have 7 vehicles. They refused a refund $85. Never again will I spend a dime here, other than tire rotation and flat repair never again. When I was working with Ben I set up what was needed for my truck tires $1085, their loss. Always go to Discount Tire or Wal Mart!

Big O in Woodland Park CO have always been very helpful.I am always happy with the service I receive from Jeff and Zack. Would absolutely recommend BigO woodland park.

I had a second flat within 10 days after buying the tire on the same wheel. This was a defect in the tire so there was no cost to me. I appreciate the customer service that I received and they are very informative as to my situation. Thanks very much.

Apparently is costs almost $500 in labor and parts for spark plugs. Will never use this place again. And will make sure no one else I know uses it again.

Even though they we doing some remodeling etc the service excellent.

Took a car in for routine struts in front.... they broke the axle shorted out the yaw rate sensor put 4 gallons to much Transmission fluid and stripped both tie rods!!! what a joke

I am highly disappointed with my visit. I have the big foot big o tires, and I had a flat in one of them. It took 2 hours for them to call me. When I got my truck back, they didn't even bother to put the spare back under my truck, and my tire light was still on. I took it back about an hour later and Jeff the manager asked why I am such a pain. Just because I know Jeff doesn't mean he has to treat me like that. They finally got my light turned off and I went home. The very next day my light came back on. I will not be going back to the Big O in Woodland Park. I will try another Big O, which is out of the way for me, but it's better than going back to the Woodland Park Big O.

Great business with friendly staff and quick work.

I arranged to order my $600.00 tires two days before installation and told them when my wife would be comming in Friday the 13th. Still they made her wait four hours to get tires on. Also I pre payed and told them exactly what I wanted done, Specifically that I wanted no alighnment because I already have lifetime alighnment with Firestone still somehow they tricked my wife into an alighnment. If they could refund the unneccessary $80 as they should I would be happy again. Please call Juan Mijares 719 578 8242. Sales rep highly knowledgeable about the tires and they completed the tire installation in a little over an hour, which was under the two hour estimate.

We chose big o tires in Woodland park because we believe in supporting and staying local. However this experience was not great. We ordered tires and put half of the expense down just to get them to the store, 600.00. When we brought our truck to have them put on my husband dropped the truck off the night before and gave specific instructions to Kayla stating we do not have the key to the lug nuts but that a 19mm would take them off, to replace the lug nuts because you obviously cannot put them back on as they would be damaged without the key to take them off. He asked her if she would write that down, she proceeded to say "that's okay we can do that" and never wrote anything down to remind them for the job in the morning. I dropped the keys off the following morning at 8 am and they seemed like they knew what to do. I got a call later at 9 am from big o stating "they don't have the key for the lug nuts, and cannot remove the tires" again I told Kayla that a 19mm will work to take the lug nuts off we did this to the front tires recently,and she didn't seem to understand. I then had to interrupt my work day, call my husband at work while he was operating heavy equipment to have him call big o and explain what we wanted again. STILL at 1 pm our truck had not been touched and I had to go into big o personally and ask for a manager. A manager who instantly defended himself without me saying anything, "don't know anything about the truck"so once AGAIN I explained what needed to happen and the manager took a look at the tires and told me "we can do that". Our truck was finally finished by 5:30 pm. I find this kind of customer service unacceptable for being a local shop. I wasted most of my day making phone calls (I didn't have time for) back and forth to explain a situation 4 different times. That should have been written down the first time we asked.

We had scheduled to have the fuel pump replaced in our Dodge Ram on a Tuesday morning. We dropped the truck off at Big O about 1:00 pm the day before to just leave it overnight and pick it up Tuesday afternoon. We were notified after about 3 1/2 hours after dropping it off that the service was already done and we could pick up the truck at our convenience. The estimate we were given was the exact price at the end of the service.

I paid $1334 & car did the same thing it did before the service. Car is back in the shop today & of course they want to charge me more money saying something else went wrong. They had a bid to fix it, they didn't fix it, & now they want more $. I don't even know if any work was actually performed. I used to love this place.

Friendly service, time to complete the oil change, tire rotation and the winter service checks plus a quote on strut replacement were done in just a little over 1 hour.
