I brought my vehicle in for two tires. The twenty something that spoke to me seem completely hung over. After a number of minutes the light bulb went off in his head and he realized he was not making a ton of money on this transaction. So what did he do, he got the brilliant idea to try and up sell. 20 year old kid trying to tell a 50-year-old year that four-wheel-drive's require four new tires at a time. What a crock a shit, needless to say I went elsewhere and got a better deal. Good luck with your customer service.

I took my SUV in for a tire rotation. Hours later they called, said it was ready. I picked it up and asked how they rotated, front to back, back to front, his reply was yes, handed me keys and I left. I got home and looked at my tires, nothing had even been done. Spare tire was still in the same spot and the rear tire that had low tread, very noticeable from the other side, was in the same spot. How can you expect your car to actually be serviced CORRECTLY, or at all for that matter,with this kind of incompetence and lack of respect for your car and their job.

I pruchase MIchelin 17570R13 tires from here. I was told they had to be ordered, which was not an issue and would might be in on Tuesday and would be called. Well, I did not receive a call. So I went to the store on Monday and told they would be in on Tuesday. On Tuesday I did not receive a call, so I called again and told the tires were in. I went to the shop to get the tires. I have to wait my turn which I expected. The tires were mounted on the car and told my rear brakes had about 50 % left....Wrong, They were new brakes that only 48 miles on them, so that was totally wrong and do not what they were looking at and would have charged me for knew brakes. Wrong!!! Then when I drove home only a couple from their job I looked at the tire and they were all dirt. My wife asked are those new tires? This is were all company fail with Customer service. I should have had a call telling the status. The person looking at brakes need more training, then puttting knew tires on with dirt and hand prints all over. At least they could have clean the tires off. Really poor Customer Service and good example why people are irritating today with CUSTOMER SERVICE. Need better training on Customer Service and quit trying to charge people for service that is not need. New brakes with only 48 miles on them and say they only have 50% left! They were just put on the car and only had 48 miles on them. This person needs more training for sure.

Needed brake work done, got a quote & scheduled visit in about 10 mins, came back the next day only took about an hour.

Spent 1500 on set of tires a few wks ago. Had a flat the other night that store will not warranty. Hit nothing; tire went flat from big gash on inside. They said at first we hit a large screw, the reneged on that later and said we had to hit something. Manager Steve promised to call back wife but left for the day & week w/out returning call. Left it to worker to say later they were not going to warranty. Not only poor management but cowardly.

3 sets of brakes in two years plus other extensive work and I still have no brakes. I have now been informed I need back brakes....major negligence on multiple locations. I rely on ntb to make my vehicle safe for me to drive my family around and now over 2000+ dollars later I still have grinding breaks and extensive wear and tear on the rear brakes.

The date for this appointment is incorrect. This appointment was in 2014. Did not refill the oil and ruined the engine, causing us to have to buy a new truck.

The team is incredible at this location. Jeff, Jacob and others have been around forever and I'm always welcomed by name when I walk in the door. They're honest and sometimes even tell me it's not worth fixing a specific issue.
