Because I had an issue and it was taken care of

No one wants to have car trouble while traveling, yet there I was Wednesday morning (7/10/19). Started car to see a pressure sensor light for a tire ... visual inspection told me which one, and fortunately it wasn't flat flat, but rather low. Big O was the closest tire shop and I found myself there at opening 5 deep in line at the counter ... they *knew* everyone in front of me, knew them, knew their cars ...all regulars. I explained my issue, they asked for my key and said it would be about an hour. For that hour, I sat in the waiting area watching and listening to them take walk ins and phone calls ... all professional, courteous and very well priced for I heard services quoted. They offered good advice on repairs needed and *suggested*, yet always closed the suggested recommendations with, "or I can just get you out of here now" ... no pressure, no hard sell, just advice on things to consider. Right about the hour mark, my name was called and I was told I was all set -- they handed me my keys ... I started to reach for my wallet and was rebuked ... there was n/c. I asked if there was indeed something wrong, and was told there was a screw in the tread, and it was patched. I tried to pay something but was just told to have a nice day! I've had to have tires plugged a few times before and it was always paid something $15-20 ... I'd imagine to cover labor if nothing else. At Big O ... nothing, just a smile and a thank you. That would be called customer service! If I didn't live in Chicago, I'd take my car here for anything, in a heartbeat. Good people, regular clientele ... Really made my day and kept my trip on track. Thanks guys!

The person assisting me was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me determine the best tire for my vehicle. Got me in right away and I didn’t have to wait very long to get the service done on my vehicle.

Everytime I either stop in or drive by the Woodland Park Colorado location is hopping, but they always manage to find a way to get it done all the while making you feel like a truly valued customer!

First time in to have my oil changed & tires rotated since we moved from out of state. Jeff was very courteous & informed me that the only other service I needed at that time was to have my filters changed. I already knew this needed to be done so was glad they caught it & also glad they didn't try to sell me on any unnecessary service. Glad I know where to take my car for service from now on! My car service was actually completed prior to the start of my appointment time. I dropped the car off early due to another appointment. I was surprised that it was completed so quickly. Grey service!!!

J D and the crew performed the task of sealing my old wheels and mounting a new pr of tires very well. I own 5 vehicles and have had good performance by this store in the past and will certainly have more work in the future with all my vehicles. I can't even begin to describe how amazing these guys are. I came in twenty min before close and they still fit me in for the night. My tire blew out in the middle of nowhere and this was the first place I could get to to get tires. These guys were super helpful and quick I only wish that u lived nearby so that I could go to this location every time.
