Big O Tires

I love they always offer free air for my tires. Also, everytime I visit, and I go quite often, I always feel confident driving my car again knowing they checked out everything and it's good to drive again.

The workers were nice and efficient

We got a nail in the tire while on vacation in Colorado. The guys at Big O got it fixed in just a few minutes! Before this vacation I had never heard of Big O Tires, but now I am a customer! New tires coming up this fall on my Tacoma.

I felt the price I paid for the services given was extremely fair. The mechanic was in the lobby when I checked out and went through what he found and didn't.

Had 4 New tires installed in Prep for a 2700 mile canadian trip. 4 days later, left rear rim/rotor/lugs totally failed leaving me stranded 25 miles from Big o store. Steven, Assist store mngr, promptly dispatched Tow Truck and next morning quickly diagnosed needed repairs, ordered parts, and had vehicle back to me within 6 hours. My Canadian trip, which I thought was totally forfeited, was back on top. Can't say enough for Big O and Stev

Jacob and his co-workers explained their approach to diagnosing my issue. And called me before proceeding. My auto was repaired very skillfully.

I have a fleet of vans that I take to the woodland park shop all the time. I can walk in the door and all the guys in the shop know who I am and greet me with a smile. They get my repairs done in a very timely manor. They know how important is that I get my vans back as soon as possible. I usually get them back the very same day. Keep up the great work woodland park shop!!!!

The gentleman at Big O have been super patient and helpful with our vehicle. They made sure to take the time to show us what was wrong with our vehicle while it was still in the garage and before they had begun the repairs. I've never trusted a mechanic until now!

The best people in the world. Awesome service. Jeff, his son, Zach, Jacob, Michael, Jeremy, Larry, and others that I don't know the names of are all awesome. It is a great store with absolutely great and awesome people that work there. They are the best!!!

Great and friendly service! Always busy at this location so it can be hard to schedule things like rotations and the like but they are always helpful and have done a great job this far!

We used the Woodlawn Park , Colorado Big O. While there on vacation we had a blown out. The person we talked with was very helpful and stayed in touch as other problems were found. I didn't understand and the associate explained to my understanding. The car getting the tires is our college age daughters. She will be in another state and her safety is first and keeping her car well taken care of is a must. Thank you

This was an emergency situation for our company truck. I had my employees down that way for a job. We are located in Golden, CO and they had a problem with the front tire on our company truck and needed a close place to get the tires replaced. They came to your store and they were very helpful and I appreciate them getting our truck in and tires replaced quickly to get my employees back to work. They also were kind enough to let me pay over the phone by credit card as my employees could not pay for this service. Thank you so much for the great customer service. If in the area again we will definitly use your company and will use Big O here locally for sure.

Yesterday as I was driving through WP on my way to Colorado Spring a light came on indicating a problem with my tires. I got my last set of tires from Big O in CS so I stopped at the Big O in WP. A very helpful and friendly young man named AJ checked all my tires and corrected the pressure. He said my tires looked fine and explained that sometimes button indicator lights can go on when you have been driving a lot because the pressure changes.

Very pleased with the service at this shop.
