Our family has been using the Big O on South Nevada, Colorado Springs for many, many years and the service keeps getting better. For the past several years, since Nathan has worked there, the service is the best ever!!

Had alignment done about 10 days ago, car pulling to the right. They got me back in same day. Turns out 2 nails in right front tire, 1 nail in right rear tire, left rear tire was low. Repaired all & put in proper air & sent me on my way....No charge! SWEET!! thanks guys!!

I had a buzzing noise and the mechanic figured it out, they only charged for the oil and filter change. They rotated tires, checked all fluids and were very polite. They fixed the buzzing sound. Excellent people and service.

I like Big O Tires as they are fast and friendly. I bought my tires there a year ago and I am very happy with them. I trust them to work on my car when necessary.

Service was great. Oil change, tire rotation and fluids topped off. I like that they check your battery and fill your tires to the required psi. Personnel are very easy to talk too and answer any questions one may have.

Beyond the usual maintenance work that I went in for, my brakes were acting funny, so I asked them to check them. They put some conditioner on them, and said the rotors are doing it, but that it's not a safety issue, so no rush on having that repair done. It's really nice to work with a company that's not just pushing to get more business and make more money! I really trust this Big O location!

Went in for a new tires and an oil change.....they took the time to discuss my options for tires.....it was amazingly fast and courteous......you can get an oil change anywhere.....you get that and great customer service at this Big O ......customer for life.
