Big O Tires

I have been using Big-0 for some time now and in particular the one on S. Nevada Ave. in Colorado Springs, CO. I have always received excellent service on my vehicles. But I have to say that the reason I keep going back is the personal service I receive from the staff. In particular, a young man named Nathan. He always greets me by my name every time I come in. He always goes out of his way to meet all my needs and he is always very courteous and a joy to work with. He's the kind a person that brings a business up another level with his customer service and it's sad to say that in today's world that is often not the case. With this kind of attention and service I will definitely continue using Big-O for all my vehicle needs.

I love and trust this place - so much that I'm driving a long way across to town, when I need their services. So glad I found it several years ago.

Nate is the best service rep that I have had in my 50+ years of car ownership. We discuss any problems I have with my cars and he makes sure everything is completed the correct way. He knows who I am and always greets me personally. If he is in the back, when he comes to the desk he always shakes my hand and welcomes me back. Any other employees I have dealt with are an asset to the Big O business.

My car had a lot issues and everything was explained to me what needed to be done before work began. Nate was exceptionally helpful as were the others at the shop. I will be a repeat customer and recommend Big O Tires to all my friends.

I'm impressed by Nate and Randy. They always know my name and both cars I have serviced there. Your prices can't be beat. I've purchased 2 sets of tires and 1 set of snow tires and had routine maintenance...customer for life.

Nate and his team are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They always address my needs and provide excellent service. I will only bring my vehicle and my spouses vehicle to these guys.

I have two long-standing and unbreakable rules: Don't use chain automotive shops and don't write reviews. Except this once. A few months ago, it was convenient for me to have an oil change at the Big O on Nevada. It took a little longer than expected, but I was comfortable and had Wi-Fi. When I left the store, I got less than a mile and the car died. All the oil had been left in a trail behind me. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Nate. He immediately assured me that things would be taken care of. Within minutes, he (personally) arrived and helped me get my car out of traffic. He ultimately replaced the filter and re-filled the oil. When I started the car, the engine clattered, and Nate said, "Looks like we owe you a motor," or something similar. I was astounded. It looked to me like the filter had been defective - not the service or the workmanship. But Nate took me to rent a car, had my car towed back to the shop, found a good, used motor, had his crew check it out, and swapped it for mine. I had a few minor issues, after getting it back, but Nate took care of everything without a moment's hesitation. The used motor came with a 3-year warranty, but he took care of things that could only be classified as 'peripheral', like the A/C and power steering. If cloning technology ever comes to the auto repair industry, Big O would do well to get more Nathans. His unswerving service and attention to detail and customers alike make him and his crew some of the best people, AND auto servicers I've ever encountered.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation last week. Excellent and fast service as usual. One thing - I'm pretty sure the air pressure in the tires was not checked and if they were, they were not inflated to proper psi. I had to return 2 days later and all 4 tires were ~28-29 psi. Not a complaint - just wanted you to be aware.
