Big O Tires

It is always a pleasant experience having our automobiles service at Big O on South Nevada.

I'm the general manager of a large company in Colorado Springs. I have taken my service vehicles to Big O since day 1 of operations in Colorado. The team has been great about maintaining our fleet, so we are able to operate safely. Thank you, Big O!

Just passed thru on family vacation with aggressive tire vibration. The service person got me right in and let me know that all (4 wheels) of my wheel weights except for one, were gone because they were not the correct ones for alloy wheels. We had a chuckle when I told him I had just had the tires balanced and rotated at a big box tire store in my Midwest home town the day before. They took care of the problem, and had us on our way in about a half hr. - No charge! That's the kind of service I appreciate and will talk about all over town. Thanks guys - you have a new friend here in Indiana.

All I needed on this visit was windshield wipers, but it was done quickly and efficiently.

Big O replaced the rotors on my brakes last week. They had told me a few weeks earlier that that was what was causing the vibration, but that is was not anything dangerous, yet might drive me crazy. Well, it was already driving me crazy, so I scheduled it as soon as I had the time. Wow! Apparently this had been an issue for a lot longer than I had realized, as my car just seems to be running much more smoothly now!

Sales rep was very nice and answered any questions that I had.

I was in town with my race team for the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, and due to the mileage of our cross-country travel I surpassed my mileage for an oil change and tire rotation on my brand-new fully-loaded Chevy truck. Traditionally, I've been terrified of taking my vehicle to any 'service' type places, for multiple reasons - one of them being that I own a facility in Houston that services high-end and exotic vehicles and my standards are a bit higher than most, not to mention my tolerance for 'BS' is a bit lower when dealing with some shady grease monkey trying to upsell me on their 'premium' brake pads and whatnot (we're all familiar with the stereotypical quick-lube scenarios). So, I looked around the area, and decided that Big O looked to be the nicest and gave me the best overall vibe, and I am absolutely ecstatic that I decided to give them a shot. Stephen was extremely friendly and easy to work with, he wasn't at all pushy with recommendations while still letting me know the full range of options that were available, and he not only called me promptly when the vehicle was ready but provided me updates during the service as well...and to top all that off, upon my arrival to pick up my vehicle, everything was done PERFECTLY. From wiping everything down to ensure there were no fingerprints or smudges on my wheels or body panels (under the hood was even spotless!), actually properly torquing my wheels to spec (I checked), putting my wheel lock key back in its spot, adjusting tire pressures and resetting all the service indicators, I absolutely could not have asked for more. I realize a lot of this stuff should be done anyways, but in all the areas where most facilities fall short, cut corners, or outright fail to perform, Big O provided an absolutely flawless customer experience and I could NOT have asked for anything more. I'm not big on leaving reviews, I was at no point asked by any of the employees to leave a review, and I do not represent this company in any way shape or form - but I feel that, when there's somewhere that actually comes through and provides this excellent of an experience when it's SO commonplace in today's industry to expect and walk away with a headache, these guys deserve props. I highly recommend them, and look forward to knowing that any time I'm in the area and need service they'll be able to take care of me!

I have been coming here since day 1 of moving here from So. Cal and I have had the BEST customer service and care from Nate and his team at Big O!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for any service, unless it is a job that they are unable to do due to not having the correct machine!! I always feel welcomed when I walk in and always' greeted with a smile!! I trust the work being done here without having any feeling of being taken advantage of, being a single woman!! Thank you again for always taking such AWESOME care of me and my Jeep!!!

Dave, Nate and Stephen are amazing! The customer service at this store is top notch! I am always greeted with a smile and I never have to wait for service. The time frame they estimate for any service to be completed is always right on! Which makes it easy for me to plan a trip to Big O around my very busy schedule. We followed Dave from the Fountain store and fully trust him with all of our vehicles. It's a great feeling to know I can send my kids to get tires or have their cars serviced and not have to worry about them getting talked into something they don't need. Needless to say I reccomend Big O to everyone I know. Thank you for always creating a positive experience! See you in the Fall!

Every time I go there I get wonderful service Nathan is the best

Our family has been using the Big O on South Nevada, Colorado Springs for many, many years and the service keeps getting better. For the past several years, since Nathan has worked there, the service is the best ever!!

Had alignment done about 10 days ago, car pulling to the right. They got me back in same day. Turns out 2 nails in right front tire, 1 nail in right rear tire, left rear tire was low. Repaired all & put in proper air & sent me on my way....No charge! SWEET!! thanks guys!!
