These is my go to place for my vehicles because they are honest and always give me the best deals.

They had to order the tires I wanted and they arrived on time and were installed promptly. A very pleasant expeience.

I wrote a complaint about this store for damaging my wheel bearing when it was my fault. I didn't have the cv axle tightened. I want everyone to know these guys go out of there way to help me and are excellent at what they do here. Please disregard any former complaints written by me. I appreciate there hard work and devotion to make things right even though it was my fault. Sorry Nate

The GM Nate is very personable and knowledgeable. He is the main reason why I take my vehicles to Big O.

The man who helped me was very kind. He quickly took care of the tire. And using the wonderful Big O guarantee I was given a new tire to replace the one that blew out on the interstate. The kind man who helped me also allowed me to sign for the car and he sent my final paperwork via email. I was truly impressed. We are costumers for life.

The gentlemen at the South Nevada store were very helpful and conscientious, and the service provided was above my expectations. Good job!

Nate treats me like family. I have taken my own cars, my son's car, as well as my mother-in-law's car to this Big O for tires, wheel bearings, oil changes and antifreeze flush. Always get good advice, great service. The Aspen Touring tires are great value, and quieter ride than OEM tires. Looking forward to seeing how they perform in Colorado Snow. In this last service, I purchased tires, got them mounted, balanced, and alignment checked in under one hour!

They know me, always treat me like I am an important customer and I leave feeling special and well taken care of.

I have a 2002 Honda Civic and brought the car there and Nate had Jesse check out the car. Jesse informed me it was my master cylinder that had gone bad. I will told by a different shop I needed a new clutch and transmission. Both of those guys took care of my car and got me back on the road. Thank you.

These guys found the problem with my radiator and fixed it in 10 minutes and way cheaper than expected! I'll definitely be back.

The entire team was great. They were friendly and took care of an alignment, tire rotation and oil change and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. They even checked in on me a couple of days later to thank me. I love this place and I never felt like I was sitting in a smelly garage and treated like a woman who didn't know anything about cars. This is now my store for my needs.

We had our front end alignment done last week...they were Fast and very professional... We will be bringing our vehicles back again..

I went in for an oil change that included tirebalance. A few days later I was on the highway. When I went over 65, it felt like I had blown a tire. When I took it back, one of the counter weights was off/missing. They not only addressed that, but also found & fixed a nail & air pressure of one of my front tires. All this.. No extra charge!

Nate , awesome guy always go to his shop, been goin for 3 years, plus love the place and the guys in the bay area awesome guys too,and i have one request for them in the bay(shop) area i think them guys deserve a nice shop fan for them on hot days, just saying lol awesome place.

As a woman I feel comfortable bringing my carhere.: Honest service. No worries. No taking advantage of female customers. Or jacking up the price.

I have been using Big-0 for some time now and in particular the one on S. Nevada Ave. in Colorado Springs, CO. I have always received excellent service on my vehicles. But I have to say that the reason I keep going back is the personal service I receive from the staff. In particular, a young man named Nathan. He always greets me by my name every time I come in. He always goes out of his way to meet all my needs and he is always very courteous and a joy to work with. He's the kind a person that brings a business up another level with his customer service and it's sad to say that in today's world that is often not the case. With this kind of attention and service I will definitely continue using Big-O for all my vehicle needs.

I've been going to Big O Tires for 3 years now and have never had a bad experience, service is fast, people are great.

Nate is the best service rep that I have had in my 50+ years of car ownership. We discuss any problems I have with my cars and he makes sure everything is completed the correct way. He knows who I am and always greets me personally. If he is in the back, when he comes to the desk he always shakes my hand and welcomes me back. Any other employees I have dealt with are an asset to the Big O business.
