I have two long-standing and unbreakable rules: Don't use chain automotive shops and don't write reviews. Except this once. A few months ago, it was convenient for me to have an oil change at the Big O on Nevada. It took a little longer than expected, but I was comfortable and had Wi-Fi. When I left the store, I got less than a mile and the car died. All the oil had been left in a trail behind me. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Nate. He immediately assured me that things would be taken care of. Within minutes, he (personally) arrived and helped me get my car out of traffic. He ultimately replaced the filter and re-filled the oil. When I started the car, the engine clattered, and Nate said, "Looks like we owe you a motor," or something similar. I was astounded. It looked to me like the filter had been defective - not the service or the workmanship. But Nate took me to rent a car, had my car towed back to the shop, found a good, used motor, had his crew check it out, and swapped it for mine. I had a few minor issues, after getting it back, but Nate took care of everything without a moment's hesitation. The used motor came with a 3-year warranty, but he took care of things that could only be classified as 'peripheral', like the A/C and power steering. If cloning technology ever comes to the auto repair industry, Big O would do well to get more Nathans. His unswerving service and attention to detail and customers alike make him and his crew some of the best people, AND auto servicers I've ever encountered.

Excellent shop, excellent customer care. I will definitely return with my vehicle and have peace of mind that my truck is in good hands.
