I made an appt, was told it would be around 30 min for the tires and the same for the alignment. It took 2.20 hours and they didn't have my tires so had to charge me $25 more each at the last minute. Communication was good overall and they tried. Here's the weird part, I went online and made the appointment and told him what type of tires I needed. I received a call shortly there after, which actually impressed me because it was after 5:30 PM. He told me he would find out if they have those tires in stock. He suggested I come by earlier in the day so they could look at my Maserati GT. So I came in at 9:30, well before my 1:00 pm showing so they could look at the wheels. I was told they would get me the tires I requested... but that didn't happen. Oh well

I always bring My vehicles to this store for repair, they are very professional its always a Painless experience I don't feel i'm being sold a bunch of work I don't need, they repair what needs to be repaired and let me know if there's anything else I need to address
