The manager of the store is always so enthusiastic and helpful. He really cares for his customers. He makes sure the quality of customer service exceeds expectations.

Just had an oil change. Everything was fine.

These is my go to place for my vehicles because they are honest and always give me the best deals.

I had two tires installed. This location moved my old tires up to the front. After installation, the front started to shake. I brought the car back in and was told the reason they did not balance the old tires is because "I did not ask them to". In all the years I have had tires installed, and we have been doing 2 at a time for a while on this car, I never had to ask for the moved tires to be balanced.

They had to order the tires I wanted and they arrived on time and were installed promptly. A very pleasant expeience.

Extremely polite and did a fantastic job, it was kinda expensive and we waited 4 hrs for our tires to be replaced

The GM Nate is very personable and knowledgeable. He is the main reason why I take my vehicles to Big O.

They were decent but the building seems like its an old building and could be better and with social distancing they couldve not scheduled so many appointments at the same time

The gentlemen at the South Nevada store were very helpful and conscientious, and the service provided was above my expectations. Good job!

the service was ok but I had to show them their sister stores sell the same tire for alot cheaper

They know me, always treat me like I am an important customer and I leave feeling special and well taken care of.

Had new tire installed on rim and they got the rim out of the truck, but did not take the ruined tire. i took it out and took in inside the store. i had to call them to find out if the ordered tire was in the store. not quite as great of service as i have had in the past.

These guys found the problem with my radiator and fixed it in 10 minutes and way cheaper than expected! I'll definitely be back.

Good experience, however had the same appointment a week before. I sat for an hour before they told me that the tires I wanted weren't in stock even though I had scheduled the appointment a week in advance.

We had our front end alignment done last week...they were Fast and very professional... We will be bringing our vehicles back again..

Staff failed to offer me road hazard protection, did not provide tread wear warranty information, and failed to properly reset my tire monitoring system. The invoice is minimal and does not show the work done. To top it off, the technician passed gas in my van and I had to drive with the windows down for several blocks to clear out the smell

First started out for an oil change and tire rotation. Got the oil change had to send truck back for tire rotation. got on the highway noticed tires were not balanced came back for balance.

As a woman I feel comfortable bringing my carhere.: Honest service. No worries. No taking advantage of female customers. Or jacking up the price.
