Big O Tires

On May 30th, I had a wheel bearing and front brakes replaced. On May 31st, with my wife and son in the truck with me, the front right tie rod came completely out due to the fact it was never bolted fully back in place, just simply sat in the knuckle. After waiting two hours, I finally got back to the shop where they offered me two free oil changes for an apology. After sixteen years of frequently using big o I can confidently say I, nor the five other family members who use their business, will be returning. Had that of happened on the highway, it could've been catastrophic. Guess two oil changes was supposed to put us at ease for shoddy service

I've been going to Big O Tires for 3 years now and have never had a bad experience, service is fast, people are great.

A $19.99 oil change turned into costing me $400 because they broke the oil filter bypass valve on my van and never told me. Found out the next time I went to get an oil change at another store and they wouldn't touch my car because they said I had to have this part replaced. They also quoted me a price for a new tire on the phone then tried to up charge me when I actually brought my car in. They don't care about their customers or the fact that they put a mother of four out $400 for their mistake. Will never use Big O again or recommend to anyone. Very dissatisfied.

Big O always hires the nicest people! I always have a good experience when I go there for my oil changes and other services.

The people there were nice & professional but the issue that we have is that when they did our alignment, they did a crappy job. We took it somewhere else to get the alignment done & they showed us what the issue was. The issue is now fixed due to a different company & we even paid the same amount. 4 times in 2 months for an alignment is ridiculous. 3 of those times was Big O. The 4th one was with a different company & we are more than satisfied with our alignment on the 4th time. We haven't been back for another alignment & it's already been 2 months.

Excellent shop, excellent customer care. I will definitely return with my vehicle and have peace of mind that my truck is in good hands.

We called our Big O in Eagle Vail where the tires were purchased, we checked and we had the road hazard warranty. We were charged full price for a replacement tire!! Why? Gregg & Martha Carleton 970-653-9999

Installed outer tie rods backwards causing the rims to rub the rods and scar them Overtightened cv axle nut causing stripped threads and a ruined brand new axle, this also caused the wheel bearing to become damaged. Took the crx back to fix the tie rods, haven't went back for the broken wheel bearing, I don't trust anyone here to do a quality job. Wish they would pay or refund my money for the new wheel bearing. Very upsetting to have my time wasted and to loose money. I've lost 210 for bringing my car to big o. Don't make the same mistake.

The guys are always friendly and spend time going over what needs to be done at present and for the future needs. I appreciate that.

A brake repair bis now a two parter, double payment! Beware of a company who would send you home $500 lighter with brakes that fail Again!

I was very pleased with the price of my 4 tires as well as the service time to install them as well as the alignment

My break lights were on, you did not fix them properly, I had to bring multiple times, eventually I had to change my battery from Advanced Auto to fully solve the problem. (You did not advice me that) As you adjust my break paddle a few times for the break lights, my break paddle became strange noisy, took to you. You charge me by cleaning the rare break, but without solving the problem. Brought to again for the noise again, and asked for a reasonable refund, you refused, which I did the same thing from Beachside auto service before, but they refunded me fully. You customer was poor, totally disappointed. Will never recommend your service to my relatives and friends...

Nate and Steven are the best. Can't see me going anywhere else and I live 250 miles from them. Also sent my daughter here for her jeep and she got excellent service from these two also

The front office staff at the Bluffton, SC shop should be replaced, as should the entire computer system. I had an appointment and arrived promptly at noon for tire balancing & rotation, wheel alignment and repair a tire pressure sensor. The sales associate, Jaime Ancrum, never acknowledged my presence. I told her my name and my appointment details. The phone rang and she left me standing there while she took care of the caller. After 15 minutes of fumbling with the system, they finally printed my work order and proceeded to move my car into the bay. After an hour and twenty minutes I walked to the front office, only to see my car out in the parking lot. The male associate was ringing me up for about $80 for the replaced pressure sensor. After he again fumbled around with the system for several minutes, Jamie came back in and said the sensor wasn't replaced! I asked if everything else was done and was told only the tires were balanced and rotated!! They said they'd pull into the alignment bay and that it would only be about another ten minutes or so. No way! I said not to, that I'll go somewhere else. So I wasted over an hour and a half and only got one out of the three items serviced. BTW, when I originally bought the tires I paid for lifetime balance & rotation plus all wheel alignments. Next time I need tires, I'll buy them anywhere other than the Bluffton, SC NTB. I don't care how much I need to spend nor how far I need to drive, I won't spend another minute or penny at the Bluffton NTB!

Researched 6 places for the best price on Michelin Defender tires. Big O has the best price! I have always gone to Sears for tires, but even though their tire price was matching they were adding on too much "extra" which increased the total amount. Big O did not do that. Thank You. I will be a returning customer and definitely recommend to others. (Also, worked with Nate. Great customer service in all aspects!)

We can not control when you will pick-up a nail on the road. Can not believe had no time to repair my tire on Sunday.

I bought my snow tires at big O this past fall and went to have my summer tires put back on this past week. The guys are all very friendly, helpful and quick! I didn't have to wait long at all!
