Big O Tires

I was charged 3 times the amount for brake pads vers if I would have bought them myself at the part store right beside NTB. And thats where they got the pads from. Same part store would have changed 24.99 I was charged over 76.00. An employee Ricky was rude. Poorly ran business. I called a few days before and was told 140.00. Ricky was going to try and charge almost 250.00. Big difference.... So I told him what I was quoted. Then he said well I'll have to order pads thats all I have now. I said order them. A lady from part store walked them over. Same pads 24.99 and i was charged triple the price. Plus they knew I had an appointment ahead of time and knew exactly what I was going to have done. I think they should have already ordered the pads and had them ready

I have followed Dave from Fountain Big O to South Nevada Big O due to his knowledge,customer service, attention to detail. You just dont see that any more. He is a true assett to the company.Thanks Dave.

The brake job was fine. Had the struts needing to be fixed from their screw up on the last maintenance job and the compressor at the shop broke. They couldn't refer me to another shop (there's many in town) I just have to wait a week or so until they replace their equipment.

Nate and his crew have taken care of my car exclusively since I moved to the Springs in 2013. While here I lived close to the store but afterwards I moved several miles north but I continue to travel the extra distance because I knew this crew and they took very good care of me. Prior to that the Big O Tire store in Aurora was my exclusive repair store since 2000. I made one trip to the local Big O store in Security Widefield where I live now and I was not the least bit impressed so I will continue to drive the extra 10 miles just to continue to get the good service there in Colorado Springs South

****WHAT A BLESSING.....Killian & Big 0 on South Nevada in Colorado Springs CO......traveling from CSU in Fort Collins to ABQ & had side wall damage down to the cords, on Sunday"�"�-no stores open for tire replacement, overnight stay. After contacting Michelin, was directed to KILLIAN & BIG O on S Nevada. AMAZING/PROFESSIONAL/KIND.......this experience is what everyone hopes to have when unforeseen events occur. I have used Nate at Big O tire now for a couple years. I travel 250 miles one way because of his relentless ability to want to serve those that choose to do business with him. He and Steve, asst Manager, are the best and go out of their way to insure you get the best service and the best product for the best price ANYWHERE! If your not using Big O in Colorado Springs, located on Nevada Ave, your throwing your money out the window!

Friendly atmosphere when walking into the store for the first time. They had the right tires that I was looking for after doing some research online and comparing each store by tire tread depths, pricing, tire rating, product availability, and product location. I feel very comfortable with the sales person because he greeted me with a smile and positive attitude. Nice work and keep up the good work. I would recommend going to this store again.

This was the very best experience that I have ever had at any Big O Tires. Stephen Clark was so helpful, patient, and accommodating with me. I came in to get a set of tires, but my brake caliper became stuck so that the truck would not move. He offered me several options and gave me great advice. The repair guys were super knowledgeable, and while it cost me much much more than anticipated to get my truck home, I am extremely satisfied with the services I received. I would recommend this Big O to anyone!

My family and I were on vacation in the Colorado Springs area and had brake problems on Friday evening of July 22nd.The entire front axle brake system had been rebuilt by Big O Tires on May 31st of 2016.Rotors, calipers, pads and hoses were all replaced with new parts on both sides of the front end. Friday evening the front left caliper seized tight.We located a close by Big O Tire and waited for them to open on Saturday Morning.I was in the parking lot when the staff was preparing for the days appointments.I spoke with Rob and he was very helpful.He explained there were other appointments but he would look it over as soon as possible.He even arranged for a ride back to the motel so I didn't have to wait in the lobby all morning. About an hour later, Rob called a let me know he checked it before the first appointment arrived.Some debris was in the caliper, they cleaned it and test drove it.All seemed to be working fine.I could pick it up anytime.I wish I could remember the young man's name who transported me to and from the motel.He was polite and personable.Please send my thanks to him.I know Rob will know who I am referring to. Everything was fine unitl about 2:30 in the afternoon.The left caliper seized closed again.This time, I had to release it on the shoulder of US 24 with tourist traffic zooming by.We returned to see Rob and he got us right in.He went to great lengths to recheck the van and get parts heading to the store before closing time for both the parts store and Big O.In short, we decided to warranty the left caliper and see what happened.So far, it is working fine with no new problems. Please thank Rob and the staff at the S. Nevada Big O Tire shop.

I've been working with this franchise for 7 or 8 years, So long that I often make coffee after the staff takes my service order. Staff changes but they are always warm, genuine and helpful. They have often given me minor discounts which I appreciate as a senior on a fixed budget.

Chris F. and team are always professional. They take care of my car every time, never any worries; even when I changed vehicles. They are everything you expect and then top it with what you don't expect. Chris is especially kind to me, offering assistance when needed. Really awesome guy.
