Honesty and integrity. They have been taking of my cars and tires for many years and since my husband passed away 5 years ago they have been completely honest and very good to me in taking care of my two cars. I don't have to ever be worried about being taken advantage of because I am a senior citizen and a widow. Dave the prior manager was absolutely great and so is Nate the manager for the last several years.

Nate and the team take care of our account very efficiently, which is greatly appreciated. We run all of our alignments through your shop and the biggest advantage of this is that it is done quickly as we are graded on getting cars onto the sales lots in a timely manner. I have in the past used another Big O Tires location and did not have a good experience. The location on Lower Nevada in Colorado Springs is a well run location. Any time I have had an issue with work completed or with vehicle maintenance issues they have always been spot on getting me taken care of. I highly recommend and use this location for all my tire sales and service.

Fast service good price

I was requested to show up for my appointment to switch seasonal tires out a little early and it paid off.I was in and out in less than 40 minutes including the 5-10 minutes I waited for the store to open since I got there early. Great job!
