Big O Tires

Big O Tires had definitely proven that there are other great Tire Shops around. I used to always purchase my wheels/tires from Discount Tire but figured I'd call around this time. I originally wasn't sure exactly what tire I was going to get. But once I figured that out with the help of the Big O Team I was set on the Cooper STT Pro's. Here's the catch... It was a Wednesday and I needed these tires in 2 days because my current tire set just couldn't perform for my trip to Wyoming that I had coming up on Friday that same week. I called around and called around to other tire shops to compare pricing and availability. No one was able to get them by Friday and or have that great of pricing.. Big O Tires had the best price by a long shot. Once I found out that Cooper Tires makes all of Big O Tires products, I figured that's more likely why they had great price and availability. It also gave me more confidence in getting a tire that they "specialize" in. They were able to get the tires the next day and throw them on immediately! I than had my Parking Brake cable repaired by them and that was also a quick turn around time. I called in and spoke to Nathan at the front desk around 4:30 PM. I asked him if they could fix my brake line and get it working properly again. I dropped my truck off the next day and picked it back up at lunch time. $50.00 later and my Parking Brake works like new again and that includes a new cable. I was very happy with the great customer service and quick turn around time for such a high demand Tire. Big O Tires has earned my business and will be seeing more from me and my closely related folks. Thanks Big O!!!!!

The associates were very friendly. They welcomed me when I arrived and called me by my name after my tires were installed. They were on time and easy to deal with.

I went in to get my tires rotated and was told I needed new tires. I was a little taken back since the tires I had were just a little of 12 months old and were already worn out. Nate and Steve contacted MichelI n who honored their warranty, these guys went the extra mile when they didn't have to and saved me a considerable amount of money. Rob and Nate have walked me through service of three vehicles - they are honest, look for the solutions that will save you money and get you on the road safely and quickly, always explain repairs/show worn parts, and never recommend unnecessary repairs.

The ease of scheduling the appointment and upon arrival the associate was ready for us

Just passed thru on family vacation with aggressive tire vibration. The service person got me right in and let me know that all (4 wheels) of my wheel weights except for one, were gone because they were not the correct ones for alloy wheels. We had a chuckle when I told him I had just had the tires balanced and rotated at a big box tire store in my Midwest home town the day before. They took care of the problem, and had us on our way in about a half hr. - No charge! That's the kind of service I appreciate and will talk about all over town. Thanks guys - you have a new friend here in Indiana.

Nate and Steven are the best. Can't see me going anywhere else and I live 250 miles from them. Also sent my daughter here for her jeep and she got excellent service from these two also

I have shopped Big O many years! My place for tires!

Researched 6 places for the best price on Michelin Defender tires. Big O has the best price! I have always gone to Sears for tires, but even though their tire price was matching they were adding on too much "extra" which increased the total amount. Big O did not do that. Thank You. I will be a returning customer and definitely recommend to others. (Also, worked with Nate. Great customer service in all aspects!)

Excellent service

I bought my snow tires at big O this past fall and went to have my summer tires put back on this past week. The guys are all very friendly, helpful and quick! I didn't have to wait long at all!

I walked in for my appointment right on time with no wait, they were ready for us. Nathan lead the process and it was streamlined. He gave me plenty of options to choose from that fit my budget and introduced us to the SNAP program which approved us in seconds. We were able to get ALL the services we needed including tires, brakes, repairs, fuel system flush and a inspection. I’ve never been more satisfied. Our vehicle was finished within hours and drives amazing now!

I have followed Dave from Fountain Big O to South Nevada Big O due to his knowledge,customer service, attention to detail. You just dont see that any more. He is a true assett to the company.Thanks Dave.

always good service

Nate and his crew have taken care of my car exclusively since I moved to the Springs in 2013. While here I lived close to the store but afterwards I moved several miles north but I continue to travel the extra distance because I knew this crew and they took very good care of me. Prior to that the Big O Tire store in Aurora was my exclusive repair store since 2000. I made one trip to the local Big O store in Security Widefield where I live now and I was not the least bit impressed so I will continue to drive the extra 10 miles just to continue to get the good service there in Colorado Springs South

I arrived without an appointment and they got my vehicle in quickly. After a few minutes of being there, my work called to say I was needed. The staff heard me on the phone and offered to give me a ride to work , which they did. Maybe an hour later, staff brought my car to my work and I was able to pay by phone. It’s rare to find similar customer service in the auto industry, keep up the good work.
