Big O is always my first choice but this store is tops for me. Nate always greets with a smile and makes my visits very pleasurable. Prices are reasonable. My only suggestion is that you would make known the wifi passworrd for waiting guests.

Customer Service top notch and the communication calling with update etc.

I went in to the So. Nevada store a few weeks ago just after it had opened at 7:30. Chris Foster was there and I explained to him that I had an emergency and I was hoping he could help me. He was so friendly and helpful. I had just found out the day before that a family member had passed away. I had ruined one of my front tires by hitting the curb the night before while calling someone regarding the death. I needed to drive to Denver that afternoon and I needed a new tire. I also had to be to work at 8:30 that morning so I needed help rather fast. I was quite emotional and Chris was very understanding and so helpful. He said he had a tire that would work for me and that he could have it done in about 20 minutes! I was both amazed and thankful that he was so concerned about meeting my needs. I told him that I had gotten on his website the night before to read the reviews and found such good reviews and that was why I had come to his store! I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with Chris and his caring attitude! I will definitely be back and will also recommend his store to my friends and family. Thank you Chris for helping to ease my frustrations and making my day.

As I walked in the door, I was greeted with a welcoming greeting and was asked kindly of what I came in for. I had went to the tire shop to purchase a set of tires for my minivan and told me it going to be about an hour to an hour and a half. From start to finish, it was about 45 minutes in total from dropping the keys off to me paying for it and driving out the door. Towards the tail end after I had paid for my tires, the sales associate and store manager was smiling and happy with me to give my warranty paperwork and my car keys back.

I had a flat and went to this store in distress. I expected to be taken advantage of and instead they were able to get me all four new tires and an alignment for half the price I was quoted elsewhere.They knew I was in a bind financially and they found a way to get me new tires at a price I could afford!They were a true blessing!

The staff here is excellent and always takes care of us!

I blew a tire last week, and for whatever reason, was dragging my feet on replacing it, as I had been told I'd need 4 new tires on an all wheel drive vehicle, and living on Social Security, that was going to be a challenge. But I couldn't keep driving around on a donut, so after 3 1/2 days, I got an urge to go to your store and at least get a price. I was thrilled that some barely used tires had been returned to the store that morning, as the car they were on had been in a wreck, and the owner wanted her old tires back so the car could be totaled. For me, the timing was everything, and they were offered to me at a very good price! I went to Big O all the time when I lived in Casper, WY, but hadn't been in one in many years as there was another store nearer to me when I first moved to Colorado Springs. This purchase has won me back to Big O! Thank you Nate, for great customer service and a great price!

Good guys and pretty quick work for what was needed

I love this "Big O" location! Stephen and Nate are always friendly and treat people like friends. I recently came in on a Saturday to have new tires ordered for my Jeep Compass, the tires were in stock and I only had to wait about 90 minutes to have them installed! I will continue to come back for oil changes and anything else my Jeep needs. Thank you for hiring such wonderful people, Robin

I was in and out in 30 minutes which exceeded my expectations....I thought it would be 45 -60 minutes.

I went to get the price of four snow tires and they were with me quickly. I returned two days later and they remembered me and my tire size. I was out in an hour with four new tires.

I do like the the convenience of location and I like the team.

I just had 4 new tires put on my Subaru.I worked with Nathan.He was just exceptional.He was so helpful and had a winning personality.I am more than happy with the quick, great service at Big O Tires.
