Big O Tires

Big O stood behind its product. The wait time was longer than expected.

Sean was very warm and welcoming from the moment I walked into the store. I explained the problem I was experiencing with my brakes when stopping. I told him that my breaks and rotors were barely 1 year old. He took me to a picture on the wall and explained to me the possibilities. I appreciated the way he took the time to throughly explain everything to me. They did a great job on my vehicle. When I went to pick up my truck he was not working that day but had printed an estimate of some shocks that I will be needing in the future. Sean was absolutely wonderful.

Exceptional and very prompt service

It was just a great first time visit. Everyone was very nice and the speed of service was great. I never once felt pushed into a service that was suggested.

They are always patient, kind and courteous to me and my husband. I have multiple Sclerosis and Gizmo and Tim have worked with my expedition for years. I bought it new in 2001 and its like new. My husband Dave , gives them grief with his 93 Toyota that he cherishes, but they are super friendly and mostly I have to say we trust them and that's a big deal these days. Do love your coupons!! The staff explained well why the tires I wanted were unavailable and gave me a great alternative that was available in short time.

Had my brakes worked on last Monday. Sean met me at the door and listened to my problem. He kept me updated thoroughly on repairs during the day, and called again when the work was completed. My experience was friendly and professional. The work performed on my car was excellent. Thanks guys. I'll be back.

I have been a customer of this Big O for many years with good results. A while back I had tires put on my vehicle at another Big O store due to proximity to my work versus home. I earned very quickly all Big O stores are not equal and I will keep my business at this store.

Had the tires I wanted at a good price.

I use this location for all my vehicles. I like the convenience and their accommodating mentality. They are very professional and courteous. Very competitive pricing.

I had a nail or screw in my tire picked up on the campaign trail.I stopped in expecting to be required to leave my car for hours.It was fixed in an hour and I was able to visit several voter's homes in the area during that time.

Service was great and done as promised.

Once again Chris and Tim and the entire team at the Big O came through for us! For those of you who own a BMW and the battery dies and all that is involved it even getting it to the location is enough to make you a bit nuts. And to add to everything it was incredibly cold about 4:30 in the afternoon right before Christmas but none of that mattered to the team at Big O. All it took was a phone call talk to Chris and he set the wheels in motion. Eddie no time we were on the road again.

Everyone took great care of me. I am in probably once a week and always a great experience.
