Big O Tires

We use them all the time - travel a lot on biz & put lots of miles on our SUV - Big O always takes great care of our Rav 4 & us!

Josh and the technicians took care of my car immediately. They were courteous during the very short wait for repair and both very helpful. It was a pleasant experience!

I set up the appointment online for this particular store and ordered the tires and oil change, we arrived early however our appointment was not in their computer nor was the tires I wanted, now coming 45 miles away and being disabled, I had to accept the higher priced tires. Not happy but what can one do?

I came in with a flat tire. They were able to fix it and get me on my way really fast!!!

When walking in to your shop I expect to receive some type of acknowledgement like be right with you or anything would be better than awkward silence and feeling ignored. This visit was the same as previous interactions. Once inside the door...no greeting from any staff. Tim who wasn't with a customer eventially looked up from his computer. My last visit you replaced a water pump which left surface scratches on my unprotected bumper. I returned for a routine oil change and to have the scratches addressed. Tim asked if I had an appointment which I did not after being told previously by Casey I didn't need one. Tim honestly made us feel like you didn't need our business. Chris walked in and immediately acknowledged us! Chris is the only reason I will be back. He took excellent care of my vehicle and went above and beyond providing outstanding customer service!

Chris is honest and always very knowledgeable. I won't take any of my cars anywhere else. This place has saved me from getting ripped off by other auto repairs shops.

Communication/proper expectations

They take very good care of our vehicles, especially when Iinformed them of taking a Road Trip back East, they check everything to make sure vehicle is problem free and safe for travel.

We had our tire looked at because it was dropping pressure between NE and CO. Service was great, prompt and very timely. The staff was courteous, pleasant and respectful. We were able to drop the car off and have it looked at with zero hesitation eventhough there were cars already there. Thank you guys!! Great job!!

I have a company vehicle, Big O is a approved vendor. This location is the best compared to others in Aurora and Denver. The other locations were too busy and the one on 6th and Chambers kept discouraging me from coming in by telling me I was looking at a 4-6 hour turn around.
