They fixed a tire that was low

At a different Big O's I had several negative experiences. Not the case here, I'm very happy with the whole operation.

I had tires purchased from Big O and went there because I had a leak in one. Found out I had a bolt in the sidewall. Tire was covered but had to be picked up from a wearhouse. One of the advisors gave me a ride to work. Great service.

Just standard mtc. this time, but Tim always describes completely what needs done, and also advises me of anything coming in the future. Can't beat this service for sure!

After finding at the Toyota Dealership that I need 4 new tires, I asked that they print out their suggestions, I received 3 tire offers, that evening I compared with Sam's, Discount Tire, Big O, Colorado Tire and D & D on the internet. Since Big O was just up the street, I decided it should be my first call. Discussed in full detail with Josh, what I was looking for and wanting to compare "Toyota Tires with Big O Tires", later I discovered there may be rebates and free installation available, so I called again the next day. Josh had kept all the details we had discussed the previous day and was able to guide me along. We decided on what was the best for snow and wet as well and made a decision on the tires, he said he would set them aside and I could come on Saturday. Will not be returning to the dealership, (saved $400.00) and will be using Big O! Josh was super professional and helpful in all aspects for this purchase!!
