I have had a terrible experience with a different Big O location in the past. The Big O located in Aurora, even though they are a little bit of a drive from my house, took exceptional care of both of my vehicles that were brought in. They are an amazing group of gentlemen!

All I needed was air in my tires. The poor gentleman (service adviser) was running around very busy, took a moment to get a technician to fill my tires. Than you!

While the oil changes prices were not readily available online, I continued to request an appointment. Sunday online appointments aren't confirmed until Monday morning. The service and value were great AND I received an e-voucher for a complimentary oil change!! All done quickly and professionally. Could not be happier with the experience and I'll be back when it's time to look for tires. Thanks y'all.

The guys at this location have always been great. I feel they are honest and straight forward with me regarding what needs to be done to my vehicles. They have went above and beyond what I would have expected them from in the past to help me with some different problems related to my vehicles.
