I've recently moved back to SE Aurora. When my tire ended up with a screw in it, I was happy to take it back to the Smokey Hill Big O Tire. In the past they always were friendly, quick and fair. My past visit hit all my expectations and more! Thank you for taking care of me so quickly and providing top notch service!

I had them diagnose my check engine light and they were totally honest with me and didn't take advantage of the situation like many places would. I trust this place 100%. And the owner is a really honest, great person to top it all off! I recommend them to everyone.

On time and the car works perfectly

Ordered tire online with appointment time. Was called and told the tire would not be in until the next day. Told them it was okay and to call me when I could get them installed. I was called later in the day that the tires were delivered and that I could have installed or wait until tomorrow. Got them installed at first appointment time.

I had them install a 4 inch lift and my Tundra looks great. Well done

Competence and good customer service

Casey and His Team take very good care of us, our vehicles including our Grand-daughters vehicle. It's hard finding good mechanics especially ones you can trust. We've been going to Big "O" for all our Vehicle needs the past several years, and will not go anywhere else.

Daniel and the team provided excellent service and contacted me prior to any agreed to maintenance. He also ensured I had a ride to and from my house during and after the service.

I am thoroughly impressed with this Big O Tires!!! I called to inquire about their cost for a flat repair, and it's free! What?!? Not to mention, the wait was hardly anything and the staff were very friendly and professional. I know nothing about car stuff (ER nurse) so having knowledgeable, trustworthy, and helpful staff is a must. I need new tires soon and you can BET I will be back here for that service. Highly recommend these guys!!

Needed a battery asap. got it quickly. I have been bring my car to your shop for over 5 years . For oil changes flat tire etc this was a 1st with the battery.
