Shawn Lyons knows how to treat and please a customer. Just 5 minutes before the store was closing I came in with a flat tire. He did a courtesy check on my tire when I thought I had a leak. It ended Up being a cracked wheel. He showed me the problem and explained what needed to be done. He has a customer for life!!

My 2012 Volvo XC-90 ate the 80,000 mile tires they installed in about 34,000 miles. The staff gave me credit on a new set of Coopers that made them about half off the sticker price. Although I did not want to buy a new set the Big O team made a bad situation better. Big props to the install crew as well.
