Chase and Tim were pleasant and answered all of my questions/concerns. Tim had my service needs addressed and helped me resolve a warranty issue. Tim worked out the details with the warranty company and completed the repair in short order. It's always a pleasure working with these guys! They don't try to upsell me and they don't try to avoid difficult discussions if needed. Keep up the great customer service guys!

Steve Kramer is excellent. I had a very negative experience with another locally owned tire store in the neighborhood. I was a loyal customer there, no longer as my last experience was negative. I drove to your store and Steve helped me with the issue on my Michelin tires. I purchased new tires and because of his dedication to customer service, my problem with my old set of tires was resolved in a positive way. I am never going anywhere else. Thanks Steve for helping me!

I have had some unfortunate experiences in my travels hauling a boat and also a car. Big O was there to bail me out. On one case the repair person worked after hours on a Sat night to get me to drive away that same night. Thanks Big O for always being there when I need you. I have been coming to the Big O up on smoky hill near the tollway for over a decade. I keep coming because of guys like Gizmo and Tim. Not only are they knowledgeable and offer sound advice and options based on MY needs...but even more valuable to me is they offer their friendship. That's the commodity I always look for first.

Just bought a used vehicle for our son and they went over it and made a priority list of things that needed to be worked on. They didn't haggle us on making unnecessary repairs and completed the approved work in a timely manner. I had not seen Casey in a while and he remembered my name! great to have outstanding customer service like that!

Hands down the best experience every time! No other Big O even compares! Chris is the best, he takes care of you and is more than accommodating. My family has been taking 4+ vehicles here for 10+ years, will never go anywhere else! Had an issue with a heater hose being cut too short at another location that did not want to take responsibility, took it to Chris he replaced it no questions asked. Same store tried to charge me $500+ for a valve that they said needed to be replaced, Chris ran a diagnostic and discovered it was just another hose that was causing the service engine light to come on saving me hundreds!

We have been customers for several years. Today, we needed air in our tires for our teenagers car. We've had the car for two months. George suggested we check the spare tire too. The spare tire needed air too and we are very thankful that George recommended it. Had we gotten a flat, our spare would have done us no good. This location has always been very helpful with whatever I needed for our cars. Thanks George and the Big O Tire team:)
