Big O Tires

I had a flat tire and they were slammed when I walked in.They didn't turn me away, they worked hard to get me out of there as fast as they could.It took a while, but I expected it would.They were courteous and checked on the status many times and kept me up to date where I was in the que...can't ask more than that and it didn't cost me a dime!

My customer service was exceptional. I am a loyal customer, and have always been treated with respect and consideration. Shawn is always awesome!

The battery on my truck died on the way to another local mechanic, at the gas station next to Big O. I went to ask the front desk if they could give me a jump. They assisted me immediately. In speaking with the gentleman, I let him know I was on my way to get front end suspension work done on my truck. He informed me they could do all that work, and give me a free estimate and look over the truck. I had no idea Big O did service work. The estimate came in well under the estimate from the other shop, and it also included replacing some engine belts and my front tires! This experience left me blown away with Big O and got my baby back on the road better than new! I will be back there for any and all auto needs.

I bring my BMW to the SE Aurora Big o Tires on Smokyhill for most of my BMW's maintenance. The service men are great, prices are competitive and I know my car is being properly diagnosed.

This is a great place. I used to go to Tires Plus and they didn't do work we paid for and gouged you whenever they could. I started coming here because before I was a customer they fixed a flat for free and at Tire Plus they tried to charge me unil I found the paperwork for my warranty even though they have me in their system. It was never a great day at Tires Plus.

Took my truck in for tires and oil change. While we were there, the other car broke. So we swapped them out one the truck was done. I always trust them for good information and good, honest service.

Went for an oil change earlier this week. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than 1 hour.

I am an elderly woman who is treated with respect and have taken two cars to this repair shop for all my services on my cars. I trust their opinion and do not have a desire to go anywhere else.

I had so much trouble finding the correct tire for my suv, I had called several different tire servicing companies including my dealership with no luck. Shawn at the smoky hill location saved the day and got everything taken care of for me in no time, a great experience overall!
