I always go to Big O Tires for everything for my car...and I'm never disappointed!

We have been faithful customers for well over 15 years & would not think of going anywhere else.

Always enjoy coming in.

In addition to the servicing, I requested that the cylinders that hold up the rear window be replaced with new ones that I furnished. Everything was accomplished in a reasonable time.

I have always used Big O for my car maintenance and they have always been great. I took my car in last week because I knew it would be repaired in the best professional manner.

Chris the store manager gave me great advice & really knew his stuff. Bought 4 great tires & will be back in the future!

At a different Big O's I had several negative experiences. Not the case here, I'm very happy with the whole operation.

Had double flats, they put me into two new tires for the cost of mounting and balance. Ready to go in 3 hours. They hit the job done, Again!

Just standard mtc. this time, but Tim always describes completely what needs done, and also advises me of anything coming in the future. Can't beat this service for sure!

Chris remembered me from when he worked there before. He even remembered what car I had. I always like going here.

Used competitor but the last few visits have been to the Big O in Aurora. Big reason is the customer service I have received from Derek.

Called them up they took me in immediately and took care of my needs in a timely manner.

Shawn Lyons and his crew did an excellent job lifting my Ford F150 6 inches. He was always there to answer any questions I had during the process. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Such a great experience and awesome job they did. So happy!
