Big O Tires

My dad and I both had our vehicles in this past week. My dad got new tires out on and the tire pressure was not set correctly. I got an oil change and tire rotation and all of my tires we're at least 7psi low! Make your crew aware that it is not convenient to Have to come back to fix this issue

I started going here several years ago when Gizmo was the Store Manager. Great guy, engaging and knowledgable. Current team is just as good. I deal a lot with Tim who also treats all his customers very nicely. They have always done good work for on both cars and diesel truck. I'll only go to the dealer if absolutely necessary.

Unfortunately, I had to make this appointment because my tires were not rotated with my oil change the week before. I have been a customer of your Big O for 10+years. I have never had to REQUEST my tires to be rotated with my oil change. Thinking back to my experience with my oil change, I was told I would need new tires in 5-10k, I needed filters and a brake fluid flush but no one thought my tires should be rotated? Its okay, it is just one little oops. I will be back despite the mere inconvenience if a 2nd trip. Thanks Casey.

As has been the case for the past 10 years +, these guys are the best. Should we not agree on repairs or their timing of completion, they present their case & I mine, & when we disagree they will always come to my side of things without further debate. And they do it with a smile too. Have seen them deal with ladies, as well as people of all ages, and they always present a courteous, knowledgable front. In my 45 + years dealing with cars & repair shops, it doesn't get any better than Big-O Tires.

Tim and Lance outstanding customer service. Oil change could be better. I had oil on my driveway afterwards. The tire pressure wasn't checked even with light on dashboard.

Did not have desired tires in stock. They were ordered and installed in 3 days.competitors sales price was matched.Have used Big O Tires on Smokey Hills previously. Always top shelf service!

Once again Chris and Tim and the entire team at the Big O came through for us! For those of you who own a BMW and the battery dies and all that is involved it even getting it to the location is enough to make you a bit nuts. And to add to everything it was incredibly cold about 4:30 in the afternoon right before Christmas but none of that mattered to the team at Big O. All it took was a phone call talk to Chris and he set the wheels in motion. Eddie no time we were on the road again.

one hour for an oil change is a little long

We use them all the time - travel a lot on biz & put lots of miles on our SUV - Big O always takes great care of our Rav 4 & us!

I appreciated the fact that the store worked with me on the issue relating to my alignment package.

Gizmo (store manager) and most everyone else is super helpful. The Techs however are moving too fast and aren't completing their job. I almost always have to make a trip back, this time oil wasn't cleaned from under the body of my car which left oil marks on my driveway and alarmed me because I thought I had a leak. Last time, my wheel lock was lost and my wheels weren't aligned even though I requested the service.

I came in with a flat tire. They were able to fix it and get me on my way really fast!!!

I've been coming to the Big O up on Smoky Hill near the tollway for years. And Tim has been the greatest help of all. When my little Echo with 235000 miles on it started making some pretty bad noises I thought it might be time to put her down. But Tim call me with good news told me all that it needed was a couple of things and he and his team really help me out. It's the reason I go there.

When walking in to your shop I expect to receive some type of acknowledgement like be right with you or anything would be better than awkward silence and feeling ignored. This visit was the same as previous interactions. Once inside the door...no greeting from any staff. Tim who wasn't with a customer eventially looked up from his computer. My last visit you replaced a water pump which left surface scratches on my unprotected bumper. I returned for a routine oil change and to have the scratches addressed. Tim asked if I had an appointment which I did not after being told previously by Casey I didn't need one. Tim honestly made us feel like you didn't need our business. Chris walked in and immediately acknowledged us! Chris is the only reason I will be back. He took excellent care of my vehicle and went above and beyond providing outstanding customer service!

Appreciate the Good natured treatment, & making sure my vehicle is safe. (The first survey from me was changed by the app incorrectly.)

Chris is honest and always very knowledgeable. I won't take any of my cars anywhere else. This place has saved me from getting ripped off by other auto repairs shops.
