Shawn and Ben were great. I'm very grateful. Thank you for helping me understand and taking care of me with respect and great care.

I took my Ford truck to get a flat tire fixed for free. While there I convinced myself that I also needed two new tires. They also did an alignment. Big O was quick and gave me a fair price, although I wonder if I could have done better if I shopped more. All of the service was accomplished the day I took my vehicle in.

The guys at this store are great to work with, very friendly, knowledgeable, straight forward and have a lot of integrity.

They take very good care of our vehicles, especially when Iinformed them of taking a Road Trip back East, they check everything to make sure vehicle is problem free and safe for travel.

I have been using your shop for all my needs lately. Last thing done was you replaced my brakes. I think I need a new battery and need the car checked to see if that is the only problem. Why don't you list the prices for the batteries you sell? The car is 16 years old and don't want an expensive battery but you don't even show the courtesy to show how much you charge for the different battery selection. Got the car running and was going to bring it in but after looking for some prices I am not so sure.

The filter cover was either not secured correctly or not at all. Called the store, took it back and the manager had the issue corrected and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how a business deals with those mistakes is what make a great business. Will keep coming here for the foreseeable future.

I've been going to Big O Tire for the last 6 years and the staff have always been very friendly. They do a great job with not only the tires, but ither repairs as well. I recommend them.

Great experience with this location. There was an issue when attempting to remove tires for rotation, the mechanic made an error and ended up stripping a couple of nuts, leading to some lengthy repairs. They probably could have tried passing the buck by claiming that the last garage must have put them on too tight - but they didn't go that route. Instead when I showed up to pick up my vehicle, they were very honest with what happened and absorbed the cost and time to get the tire sorted out. Well done with the great and honest service, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone as they stand behind their service. I will most certainly be utilizing this location well into the future.
